SERVICE COULD Have been Better

My husband was involved in a wreck that caused him to be taken to the hospital, so we did not get to choose our wrecking company. This company was kind of unprofessional, the office manager was extremely rude and they are extremely expensive! They were supposed to deliver my husbands totalled car to our house and call us when they were on their way! They never called and the car was not delivered until the next afternoon! Would probably not recommend them to anyone.

The manager is blatantly rude and arrogant, making it a struggle to work with on a professional level; would not suggest to anybody who wanted their (overly expensive) moneys value.
