First time ever that I was helped by a courteous employee who went above and beyond to help find my perishables which for some reason werent on their manifest.I was expecting their grumpy old employee who used to be an ordeal to deal with. This younger guy was great. Deserves high praise.

Every time UPS is supposed to deliver something they always put that business is closed when trying to deliver. This is inaccurate since the business is open 24 hours a day and they know this.

We have a package that was sent next day air on 4/1, scheduled to arrive on 4/2 EOD. Now, tracking shows it’s sitting at this facility, not scheduled for delivery until 4/5. We tried to pick up from this location, but was unable to do so. No one can tell us what happened. When you overnight something, you trust it will be there the next day, not 3 days later. This was a very important document and not having it has caused a big issue!

My packages never get delivered at my house its always delivered next door. Ive called multiple times and explained but still continue to not get my packages and I even put special delivery instructions and still have to go hunting for my packages.

I needed a package and had just missed the UPS truck by seconds... I called here to see if I could locate the driver and the personnel that answered the phone did everything they could to help me locate him... after some tracking I was able to find the driver!!! Yeah!! UPS Is the best and theses guys are wonderful. Thank you for understanding my emergency....

Not too happy with UPS never got my package said it was and said it was delivered but I didn’t it and said it was left by the office I don’t have a office only a house and someone named myer got my package and I don’t know any myer and tried calling ups said to called to the sender which I did and they couldn’t do anything for ten days so I won’t use ups next time

What a joke. You cant get ahold of anyone. Show package is out for delivery for 8 days, never have seen it.Now get notice that its being sent back to shipper because refused delivery and no one answers the phone.

I went there during a high volume time and I was impressed with the staff. They had 4 employees working in a very small office space, but they were skilled and worked efficiently together to keep the line moving. I recommend this UPS Center and will definitely be a repeat customer!!

I would like to retract by previous review. Our driver has been good about delivering our packages to our designated drop. He has also brought packages up to the door at times to ensure delivery of important parcel.

If I could I would give zero Stars. The driver how to passenger with him. And the driver through the package to the passenger and it landed on the ground. Another time he is hitting my dog and it cost $300 to get the dog stitched up. They drive too fast and do not take care of the packages. I watched him delivered the next one to the neighbor today and he also threw the package out of the vehicle to the passenger that was with him. This is not taking care of what is being delivered. And they still let this person Drive. So if he were to have hidden a kid instead of a dog Im sure they would have paid for the bill of the person. So why is a dog treated different than a person

We live in the country and you cant see my house from the road. They just put stuff out and leave it by the road. We are elderly and do not go out that much so dont see when they make a delivery. I get Meds that are refrigerated and they put that out too instead of bringing to the house

So this company will not drop off a package at my door step without a signature even with the signed directive on my door. Then they said to come up to Legion Dr. I gave the guy my schedule, that I work split shift in Boerne from 230pm-530pm, and he said it would be fine. Maybe UPS drivers can make it from Boerne to their Kerrville facility in 30 minutes but I go the speed limit. This service is horrible!!! I didnt even choose to use these guys. Give me my freakin package!!!!!!

I’ve never encountered anyone quite as rude as the lady KIM that works at this location. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but her attitude is completely unacceptable. I requested a pick-up for a very important package, and was told someone would contact me. A lady called me from a private number and told me that if I wanted to, I could pick up my package at 7:15pm when the driver would be returning with it. I showed up at exactly 7:15pm to pick up my package. KIM had an attitude immediately, rudely announcing she wasn’t the one that called me. She did get the girl on the phone that left me the message, and reamed her unprofessionally over the phone in front of me. Then she continued to huff and puff and basically throw a tantrum because I’m assuming I was there “after hours”. Completely unprofessional and downright rude service. I will never ship UPS.

This location has a sign posted outside of the bulding that reads hours 3-6 pm. The main.UPS office told me on the phone the hours are 3-7pm.When I inquired about the hours, I was informed you have to call. I was never able to get a straight answer on the hours for thos location.

Sorry ups FEDEX HAS MY VOTE! You say our road is bad on your trucks but FEDEX has no issue. Their drivers dont haul butt down here so their trucks are just fine. Ive seen ups drivers drive down here like they are the EMS on their way to rescue someone. Lol. I know our road is terrible but everyone else drives it. I pay for fast shipping to only get a call two days after ups has it at their location saying I need to come get it. Your pick up office is 40 minutes from here. Lets make everyone happy and put a pick up office in the middle of kerrville and have the hours like a normal business. Being open from 3-6 isnt helpful. Just a thought.When you did deliver, one of your drivers tossed our package next to our trash can on pick up day. Had I not seen this I bet it would have been mistaken for junk. Another driver had stopped me on the road and asked if I lived at a certain address so that he could give me the package. I could have said yes thats me and drove away with someone elses stuff. We received one of two packages that were shipped together, face to face with the driver. After opening it, the content was broken in many places. After calling the company we ordered it from, we discovered the driver documented he delivered 2 pkgs, and left them at our door. BIG FAT LIE!! And trying to get a straight answer from this station is impossible! The guy in charge really should look at the reviews for his company.

Id give these people a negative score if I could. Worst customer service ever. Just before Christmas they stopped delivering in my area but refused to inform Amazon. I had to go pick up a package (a few weeks before Christmas) and they gave me someone elses package. They are lucky Their screw-up went to an honest person. Four months later they still refuse to inform Amazon of their choice not to deliver on my road so I have had to call Amazon and complain every time. Amazon is now working on blacklisting UPS in regards to my account.The Kerrville branch needs new management. Its a delivery company that will take your money then refuse to do their job, or just pass your packages out to whomever they please.

I was tracking my package and UPS driver puts that I have arranged to pick up the package, my wife or I never called to arrange anything. Its a 3 day weekend and blew off my package. This review needs to have zero stars

The delivery man threw a 50lb box over my 5 foot fence and smashed every thing inside. Then he came back the next day and did the same thing. The box had small parts that flew all over the ground.
