Kris is an awesome trainer! He is very wise and knowledgeable about the body and how it is supposed to move. His gym is a complete different experience than any standard gym with the way he focuses on movements and twisting rather than just an up and down motion. If you struggle with something Kris is right there to correct you and show you the correct way. He is also very good at explaining how to do stuff and why and if you don’t understand he puts it in different terms to make it easier to understand. He is an awesome trainer and I highly recommend him and his gym!
Kris is truly one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with. I first started going to him several years ago when I injured myself after a half marathon. Kris was able to help me identify all of the weaknesses in my body to help me be stronger than I was before. Not only was I able to run again, but I stayed in great shape for a triathlon as well.My husband and I both workout there together now and it’s helped balance his body to keep him injury free at his job. Highly recommend checking it out for yourself. It’s not like any other gym I’ve ever been to. Especially for those that are tired of the standard workouts every other trainer does, his workouts are pretty unique. You’ve just got to experience it for yourself.
