Disappointed in chicken it wasnt as good. The biscuits were very hard and stale.

Wonderful facility, excellent programs, and a caring staff. They provide so many free or low cost things and services to Kerr County and it’s residents, that it boggles the mind. No other place around has such a great Boys and Girls Club, superior youth sports leagues (Victory Sports), and the fitness programs, like Fit for Life, their group classes, and Couch to 5k are unique, world class, and so generous. Not to mention the 5 or 6 huge community festivals they put on throughout the year - all free or extremely low cost. Kerrville- you have no idea the blessing you have in this place!!

*I give this review only based off of the experience I witnessed, not the staff or facility itself.*I went in to fill out the scholarship application and I wound up needing some help with it. The only person available to assist at the time was the woman behind the front desk. While she was helping me, the man she referred to as her boss pulled her aside (interrupting us, while he was on break) to chide her for not noticing the 3 people who left because she was focusing on me. I thought it was very unprofessional and I am not willing to further my relationship with their facility, even if it would be free.The facility itself appeared to be passable, though I have certainly seen much better accommodation at other gyms.

Very nice, clean family center! Great fun for the family whether on the court, in the gym, or getting wet in the pool! Water slide is a great plus for the kids! Changing rooms are excellent too. Friendly staff!

Best gym in town. Clean, updated workout equipment thats well maintained. Nice pool with excellent lifeguard supervision. Great community events that are well planned and well attended.

Really fulfills very important roles in our community. Classes and child-care programs support families and young people with much needed and varied programs. High-end gym, well equipped, too many classes to name that support all fitness levels. Lap pool AND childrens water park..well-run and a heart of service dedicated to the Lord.

Constant change in staff and hours are sometimes an issue especially on sundays. Its still the best deal in kerrville and has a indoor basketball court and nice outdoor swimming area. The salvation army does alot of positive things for the less fortunate in the community and thats one of the top reasons why Im still a member.

We had a blast but one guy in particular with white sunglasses was SUPER rude not just once or twice but several times not only to myself but to my 2 year old ... as ifnhe could even understand 🙄 we did still hoin however and hoping that one guy was just having a bad day. I will say they all take their job and safety seriously and i appreciate that but i dont appreciate being yelled at like a child or having a whistle blown at me for trying to reach and repremenad my child.

They have lots to do and many many many children. The staff take care of large families and children very well but theyre very rude sometimes to senior citizens and they seem to only want younger people there so if you want to visit a very loud Place go there. in addition to this I go there to swim and they usually have many hours for the children to swim but if you want to lap swim they curtail that after an hour and many times they have cut out the lap swimming in favor of children playing in the pool.I complained to staff about a girl in the cafeteria who was very rude to me on several occasions. They must be a bunch of commiecrats and will say that youre very loud and rude and they will actually tell you over the phone they dont believe you. So beware senior citizens and unless you like lots of noise and kids and have to tolerate it dont go there.This is supposed to be a Christian organization but they do not practice what they are supposed to preach.

I was considering getting another membership, but not after what happened to that little girl. Obviously there is very little attention paid to the safety of their guests.
