I have not had any problems with Aspen Dental. They are always on time and always greet me by name.

Great 1st visit. Staff was very knowledgeable and polite. They took plenty of time to make sure I understood what they were doing and why.

Be prepared to spend that cash, the price of visiting dentist has sky rocketed. Was quoted 9k in dental work at this place. All I wanted was a chip in my front tooth fixed, asked how much that was going cost, almost 2k with insurance. Will probably be heading to the dental college in S.A.

When my regular dentist couldnt see me for a toothache, which went downhill faster than my scheduled appointment with him, I called Aspen and I must say, the staff was friendly. However, on phone, it made it seem like they did accept emergency situations for same day care. Upon arrival, I explained to them that Id just had complete cleaning and x rays done a few weeks prior. I was told that the dentist wouldnt see me without their own x-rays, which I understand. After this, a hygienist came in and stated she had to check my bone density and gum pockets, and then told me I had periodontal disease, and would require extensive planing, antibiotics, oral rinse, etc and also handed me a brochure about buying their water pick. Next, the dentist explained I had a fractured tooth, and the only treatment was an extraction, ( to lose my tooth, no other option) followed by either false tooth partial dentures or an implant with bone graft. Then, she said, you have your wisdom teeth, you really want to consider getting those out. And next, before the implant, you probably need our braces. And she would not fix that one, aching tooth until all the gum disease work was completed first. They said they needed a strong foundation before putting my implant in.. They tried to sign me up for Care Credit on the spot, $7,300 worth of work was quoted. I cried about losing my tooth.. I did feel the staff around me was sympathetic. But to be told I needed a crown at my normal dentist, and now at Aspen, to be told I was losing my tooth, no other option, just devastated me.. Well...I paid for the extraction and tried to accept all this other work theyd quoted. The price of a used car. My family going without, for my tooth and gums.The day of my extraction, they were short staffed and canceled my appointment. In desperation, I called my regular dentist. He worked me in, and ALL I NEEDED was a crown. I did not lose my tooth. It was repaired quickly, and my gums are perfectly fine! Im eating,, smiling and $400 compared to thousands later, am so grateful. He checked my gum pockets, etc and they are not nearly what was quoted. I just needed a good cleaning, floss, and voila. Also, anytime a place wants to put antibiotics in your gum pockets the day of gum procedure, thats a sure sign of profit-driven. You usually check the gums a week or so after, then determine if the gums need antibiotic. I noticed they added tons of cash for each pocket they were going to do, to fill them with antibiotic same-day. Money. I feel so sad to have been sold down the river in such a way. Also, they quoted me 4 grand for the braces and never explained there were other, affordable plans Aspen carries. I could have been a repeat customer. Please stop lying to your patients, or you wont have any left.

The most disrespectful level of patient care I have ever experienced. We are a military family and have gone to countless dental practices across the country...never have I been treated so badly. They demanded payment up-front for covered services which is is direct violation of the insurance agreement. I asked to speak with the owner and as asked to leave. Do not waste your time, as your time & care is clearly not valued here.

Very thorough first visit! At first I was a little annoyed but later realized they were going over and above the call of duty. Friendly folks, love the Dr. My only complaint is that the lady doing the mouth cancer screening spoke so fast I didnt understand her (through her mask) and didnt realize it was optional and I was paying for it. It wasnt much though and the office manager cut me a break. Ill be back.

All the free stuff they offer is a complete scam. Once I got there filled everything out the lady told me I never confirmed my appointment so they couldnt help me that day. I never received anything from them about confirming an appointment. Then continued to offer to see me right then and there for $120. The pain Im in and time I took off of work left me with no choice but to pay. Payed for them to do xrays then for them to tell me that the root canal wont be able to be done for 3 weeks when the specific dr was in. COMPLETE SCAM will not be returning

While I’m not keen on the “contract service” aspect of Aspen Dental, they are very willing to work with you to prioritize your treatment and schedule procedures to fit your schedule and budget.I had a cleaning and upper wisdom tooth extraction. The experience was wonderful! They went out of their way to ensure my comfort and explained every step of the procedure.They made a less than pleasant procedure easy and pain free.

Wonderful experience! Every precaution taken for COVID. Employees were constantly cleaning all surfaces. Everyone was wearing masks. I was the only person in the waiting room. Each patient is in their own room. State of the art facility. Welcoming and warm staff at registration. Paperless records and registration.Kas, my RDA, was knowledgeable, kind, and careful. She explained everything before doing it and was highly competent. Andrea, my Registered hygienist was also highly skilled and very kind. Wonderful dentist, explained the treatment plan, was friendly, professional, and quickly diagnosed my issues. Treatment plan, costs, explanations, payment, insurance information-all explained and an itemized statement provided. Outstanding service. Nothing could have been any better and the whole experience exceeded expectations at every level

This the most inadequate facility. They have different doctors coming in the back door everyday. They have had to do 2 or 3 fittings on my wife to get it right. They held her teeth hostage saying she owed $3000.00 . business Mgr said we didnt have insurance . We did they just didnt tell us. Worst place ever to do business.

I waited 45 minutes after arrival, despite having already completed on the requested documents on line. I made it clear I only wanted a cleaning, but was told cleaning was only done with X-rays. I was in the chair for another hour while results of X-rays and scans were made and then finally discussed. A great number of concerns were described and interventions suggested, then I had to meet with one of the office staff who gave me a print-out of the expenses that would be entailed. Never did get a cleaning. While the visit was free, I would have appreciated an upfront explanation of what was going to be done. It felt like a bait-and-switch. Ill go back to my original dentist.

BEWARE! The Free Scans isa SCAM to trick you to spend more money with them!!!They put up a great front, but dont be fooled, I almost was!Forgive the Loooooong story but you will get it when you read to the very end.I went in for a crown replacement, and after all the free bells & whistles (scans, hygienist check etc.) I was shown the scans and strongly recommended and advised by them that I needed a deep cleaning, and right away as I was losing bone density etc. (as you get older you slowly lose bone density anyway) I still said Ok, I will do it.(All ok so far.)When it came down to starting the work on my teeth, I was given an appointment 2 days later, despite the lady dentist intimating to me that she would do a temporary crown right away. Apparently the teeth cleaning would take an hour and a half and that was currently booked (my teeth are in GREAT shape, Oral B electric toothbrush is Gods Gift to mankind! And they agreed too! but said I needed it for the gap between my gums and teeth)As Id travelled from far I asked for just my crown to be done immediately please, in that case.(And this is where it all starts...)Anthony, the manager, tells me The dentist will not do your crown until the deep-clean is done. She needs the ground work to be all set first. She is very thorough. I said Ok, I appreciate that, so please ask them to clean just that tooth for now and let her do the crown, and I can come back for the rest of the clean-up another day as I URGENTLY need my crown done. He said Sorry, but she really cares for her patients, and wants the complete clean-up to be done before she can start anything on your teeth. (I swear thats exactly what he said!)I appreciate her caring but how about I worry to That extreme, and she care about just that tooth?Look I said, I really need this tooth fixed. And I shall be honest with you, I cant wait for 2 days. If I get an appointment somewhere else where they will fix my crown before your appointment I shall take it. And like I said, I am happy to do the clean-up with you that you recommend, its just that I need my crown fixed urgently .No, sorry... Its got to be a total deep clean-up and only then will she work on your crown he insisted.(Now this was getting a little ridiculous, I thought...)I said, So what if I opted to NOT do the clean-up, and all I wanted was my crown work done? Could you please check with her before giving me an answer? I, very politely I must add, requested.He went away and checked. And to my incredulity, he got back and said She says the complete clean-up must be done or she will not do the work on your crown.Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. And Im 100% satisfied with the job done! And guess what??! The dentist who did do the work on my crown took x-rays of my gums & teeth too, and she said they were in Great condition!!!

Had 1st appointment on 8/25/20. Very clean facility, taking all safety precautions. Friendly, professional staff. Great customer service. Prices seemed high, but to be honest, I did not comparison shop. Would recommend. Have 2 follow up appointments and am confident my review will not change

I recently transferred to the Kerrville, Texas office and I was pleased to note that Kerrville continues to offer the best in dental care that I have ever experienced anywhere. The staff is amazingly courteous and capable, the facilities neat and clean, and everyone was very helpful to an almost deaf old retired Air Force sergeant. I simply would not go anywhere else and I highly recommend them.

The services cost far more than we chose to afford as senior citizens with limited income and no dental insurance. We would like to thank them for the examinations and prognosis; but we prefer a less invasive/expensive treatments. We will be going elsewhere for our dental work.

I had a crown fall off yesterday morning. I called Aspen Dental at 11:42 am and was greeted very cordially and efficiently and got an appointment for this morning at 9:15.This morning I received a text at 7:51 am reminding me of appt.Then I received a call at 8:05 this morning to remind me again.I got ready and then at 8:25, just 20 minutes later, I get a call that appt must be rescheduled due to overlooking. I told them i had been up and showered and dressed but they insisted I needed to go online and rebook.I am 78 yrs old and feel this is a sham. When I originally booked, she told me I had qualified for the last coupon of the day and there would be no charge for resetting the crown. Now they probably got a patient with more expensive work and blew me off.I wont call them ever again. Shame because theyre 5 mins from me.

These folks at Aspen dental here in Kerrville Texas were so very very kind! They were thorough in every way possible with my elderly mother. They made her comfortable and explained everything they did with her checkup. I can’t say enough about their expertise and kindness. I will tell everyone I know to go there. Thank you Aspen dental!

Felt real friendly when I walked through the front door. Greeted as soon as I walked in, checked in with front desk, took a seat and was seen right away. Vanessa was very nice enough to walk me to room and provide me some feedback on the ins and outs of Aspen Dental. I knew that I wanted to give my business to Aspen Dental when I walked out after my free consultation, they made me feel comfortable and confident that they would get the job done right the first time. Would recommend to locals in the area.

From the front desk staff to the Dentist and treatment planner, all employees made me feel comfortable. Kas, Renee, and Dr. Reyes were all phenomenal! I have major anxiety regarding the dentist and dental procedures, even has a small attack at my appointment, but all staff were patient, did not rush my through the appointment, and are willing to work with my anxiety in my upcoming appointments! I would highly recommend this Aspen Dental location.

I am not exactly sure how I feel Im a 75-year-old woman and I came to Aspen dental because I wanted to get dentures and I had heard that they were the quickest ones and because I am 75 I wanted to go ahead and get it done my first visit with all the x-rays and everything I just felt like I was rushed around and then I felt like I was more of a wallet than a patient when I came in for the extractions I had to wait a while because there was some paperwork mix up not my fault but anyway the doctor was quite rough the last half of my extractions were done seemingly without anesthetic I was absolutely in sheer pain

The people there were really nice and friendly also did a great job on keeping me comfortable as possible.

4,000 for one root canal with insurance couldnt imagine what it would be without.

This was my first time but let me tell you what they are very helpful, fast, and friendly. The staff all made me feel welcomed from the time I got there and did a excellent job on my dental work. If youre looking for a dentist you will not regret going to Aspen. Good job team :)

The Dentist are fine but we had to drive 75 miles for this appointment and they never said anything about only taking X-rays and a consult and then we’d have to come back another day for a cleaning. Everything there is an up charge. This is a mill and we won’t be going back!

This place rocks! I had a desperate problem with my mother’s denture that had a missing tooth. She is elderly and do to COVID is locked in at an assisted living. Everyone else said they would need 6 weeks to have the denture to repair it. Imagine not being able to eat solid food for 6 weeks! I reached out to the folks at Aspen and despite being busy Jade was kind and considerate. She spoke to the Doctor and their on site dental technician and they repaired the denture the next day! You have no idea the stress that was taken off my shoulders from these most professional people- the whole time I felt welcome and cared for. I booked an appointment for myself because this is now my family’s dental office. If you’re looking for people who really care about your needs Aspen is exactly where you should be. I can’t thank you guys enough. God bless you all.

First class experience. I called to get an appointment as a new patient, the receptionist was extremely friendly and got me an appointment the same week. When I arrived at the office I had nothing but an amazing experience. Venessa was my dental assistant, she was extremely helpful and friendly. She stayed with me throughout the appointment explaining everything to me making sure all my questions were answered. Dr.A and the hygienist (didn’t catch her name) we’re professional, knowledgeable and provided the best care possible. Over all great experience!

On my first appointment there was a mix-up on the time I was to arrive. I was supposedly an hour late. Was going to leave town in February so I needed to take care of this immediately as I had a broken tooth. They worked things out and was able to get me in at a little later time that day. I was quite happy about that then when my consultation was over they showed me everything that needed to be done. I had an appointment for another dentist in 10 days. But decided to give Aspen Dental a try. I was so grateful I got in. They fixed everything I needed done made me feel very comfortable and come to find out the consultation I had with the other dentist wasnt at all what I needed. And the X-rays showed it. By the way all their X-rays were free whereas the other dentist they took one picture and charged me $150 and was going to put a cap on a tooth that didnt need it. Everyone there was polite and seemed very caring. I highly recommend them theyre new in town and I give them 5 stars.

It was a horrible experience they barely spoke to you and wanted to run you threw a gambit of rest. More money in there pocket. I refused all the test and they would not let me see a dentist. I had ask before I got there and they said I did not have to do all of that but was simply not true. Bad service. She was ruff with the X-ray and one every X-ray known to mankind. More money. Was not a good listener

There was no wait time. Everyone was very knowledgeable & professional while maintaining a good personal approach with each procedure. I dont like going to the dentist, but I would recomend Aspen, especially to those who have phobias about dental work.

I went in for an appointment. All went well received timely service but then nothing. I was supposed to receive a call back for another treatment and still haven’t received the call yet for appointment date.

Scheduled an emergency appointment for my son, then the morning of the apt they call and say they have to reschedule because the double booked and they took the other appointment. So we go to the next appointment 3 days later, we go through check in, sit in lobby for 1 hour; then he goes back and sits for a bit then comes back out and tell us that they are too far behind and he cant be seen today. Mind you I dropped another appointment with another dentist because Aspen could get him in sooner. So my son in pain for days now has to wait again because they refused to see him on the second appointment they cancel. The third visit was not much better. They take x-rays and then say he has dental work needed (yes that is why we went there). But he has to have this special cleaning first and want him to go else where for a root cannel. So still in pain and waiting longer. Then we consider options and I ask if the root cannel fails my son would loose the tooth, so what about an implant? The office manager says he will have to ask the doctor and care plan that and he would get back with me. Well over a week later and after leaving messages, no word about this care plan. We are looking for another dentist.

Vanessa, Andrea,Dr Reyes were superb. I enjoyed my visit.

Everybody was very friendly had good knowledge it was clean. I was very impressed with the financing packages, nowadays without dental Ins you either pay it all out of pocket or go without. Aspen dental to me is like a miracle for this area, hope they can keep it going. I will be back thanks

Friendly service and very cordial, until you get to the Treatment Plan. I suppose if I actually had $8,000 to “sign” an agreement (spoiler alert ... contract), then my measly insurance deduction of $500 would be awesome. However, when asking them to just do one or two sessions without signing the entire treatment plan makes me the bad guy. Just have to share, big dental agency, corporate minded, and absolutely wanting to sell me a Cadillac mouth when I really just need an economical Toyota. Sorry.

The doctor and staff was great but they did not listen to m pull the wrong tooth grant you it was one one that need to be pull.

I’ve never been more comfortable at a dental office. All of the staff was sweet and great.

We were their first appointment the day I went, and they were happy to open the door for us. Every person, regardless of their position in the business, took a second to smile and shake our hands. After speaking with the Dr, I felt very confident in using them in the future for myself and my family.

Setting up my appointment was super easy. The office staff especially Tricia and Judy were very patient with me and are very accommodating and friendly. Judy worked hard to help me get the most from my dental insurance benefits allowance. Dr Reyes is knowledgeable and compassionate and all staff are very good listeners.

It was a very pleasant experience. The staff was awesome, very friendly and extremely thorough. I look forward to having the work done and hopefully a beautiful new smile!!

I have had so many bad experiences with the dentist so I refused to go for years but my tooth became infected and i jad no choice but to go. Aspen Dental was amazing! They listened to my concerns and since i dont have insurance my first vist and xrays and exam was free. From there they gave me a list of things that need to be done and helped me get approved for their financial program. I went in Friday and got my toith removed and felt nothing it went by so smoothly and PAINLESS. I go back in 2 weeks for some cleaning and i honestly cant wait. This place gave me such good vibes, the staff is friendly, they answered all my questions and concerns and i felt so comfortable. Im glad i found this place and can finally get my teeth back in good health and not be terrified

They told me it would they could have a law suit if they cleaned my teeth, but if i pay $570 and $105 each other visit for them to do check ups! Wasted 2 hours of my time and send a bill for $65. youll never see that money! Big Scam! Cant wait for them to go out of business

Loved the way they fixed my teeth... everything explain in detail before it was done. 8 cavities and one wisdom tooth all done in 2 and a half hours... cass one of the girls is absolutely amazing and got me threw it with her encouragement.. only reason I gave 3 stars is because they where trying to charge me for things I didnt agree to. And also tried charging me after they told me my exam and x-ray were free...And the other girl vanessa was just rough and very rude I had to ask for someone else which I got attitude for...

Went in for a cleaning walked out with out a cleaning and being told I needed over 15000.00 worth of work and I only have bottom teeth. I did not get what I wanted. It’s not about you and your what you want it’s about their needs.

Finally found an exceptional staff that knows whats going on! The Hygeinist just great and first time a dentist told me I needed a tooth built up because theres no contacts around it! My new safe place😍

Dont go here! Not only did they try to over sell me and my husband on toothbrushes and work we did not want, they also didnt use gloves when opening tools for one of my procedures, nor did they give me sunglasses while they were working. The cavities I had done are already loose and painful making it hard for me to eat. Its only been three months since I had my work done. On top of that they didnt file my husbands claim until after our insurance had run out and now we have a bill for 1200$. Garbage place to go. Shotty work. Dont go here youre better off getting nothing done at all.

Called for a tooth to be pulled out on Monday. They told me to come in on tuesday at 3. They Call me on tuesday morning saying theyre not taking new patients in the afternoon. And rescheduled for Wednesday at 8 am. Went in. Got paperwork filled out, and exams done BUT then they tell me before leaving we cant do it today. We have short staffed so Now Im having to wait until the 18th to get it removed after telling them how much pain i am in/ have been in. They gave me antibiotics and pain relieve to last me to Monday 😔

Your staff is very nice and pleasant and seem to be serious about my dental problems. All in all it was a great experiencr.However, I was disappointed at the pricing of my treatment plan. I was expecting lower prices than the local dentists that I have known for the last 35 years.I really thought that was the reason you opened the office in Kerrville.I know the price of your latest updated equipment is a lot, but I simply cannot afford your pricing.I will have to drive back to the UT Dental School for my treatment.Thank you and good luck in Kerrville.

Signed up for the free exam and x-ray, and feel like I got more than expected. I really was treated like family. Many thanks to J.C., Liz, Sebastian, and Dr. Reyes. I finally found a way to get dental healthcare without any judgement for not having Dental Insurance. I did opt for the recommend treatment, and still paid less than I did when I had insurance.
