These guyz are awesome! I took my dolly to them and he suggested to me how to fix the situation with my dolly. He gave me the more inexpensive way. Theyre ready to help out in anyway they can.

Pulled my trailer in off i10 in the pouring rain December 30th. They jumped right on it and replaced 2 tires. I was in and out in 30 minutes

Had a new set of tires purchased from the Internet installed locally by a major national tire chain. Traveled to Kerrville over 100 miles to visit a friend and found tires had slight vibration like not balanced good. Also had to stop and air up one tire twice on the way. Stopped at Wagoner tire in Kerrville to have it checked, and they found my new valve stem Installed with new tires leaking and replaced it for me. I also mentioned about vibration, and they honored my tire rack lifetime warranty on balancing, and took care of that problem also. I am extremely pleased with the quick and efficient service correcting problems caused by Major national chain tire shop.

I found this lace a few years ago, when my tire was low.everyone there was curtious. They didnt act as if I were bothering them. So far out of Ive had my tires filled with air, Ive bought a set of tires, and I have suggested others go there. I much rather them than the discount tire on Junction hey.

We had a slow leak at the valve stem on our Jeep. We were headed out of town and found this upon hooking up the TPMS getting ready to tow. I called and explained our urgency of getting this fixed quickly. They told me to gring it over. Upon arrival they verified the issue and started working on it immediately. They were very professional and had me back on my way very quickly. I couldn’t be happier and really appreciated their quick service.

Worst tire place in kerrville bought tires a year ago to help out a local business worst mistake Ive made.tires were said to have a free lifetime balance and rotation. Come to find out when i came back to get them rotated they asked me for paperwork and they are so Backwood that the only paperwork they gave me when purchased the tires was the receipt from the credit card machine and as you know they fade after a month so when i found it there was nothing on it any more so they would not do it.So i called Discount Tire and even though i did not purchase the tires with them they offered to rotate them for free and i thought that was great of them, thats what i call a great business unlike these guys last time Ill buy tires from Wagner tire company.
