Great place for family and kids

They did okay on the dishwasher and tried to fix our faucet and it didnt work. I fixed it easily and called to get the refund. It was about $60.00. They NEVER paid that little bit and it was agreed they would. I call it integrity and will never use them again.

Same day response, extremely knowledgeable, resolved my issue (an overflowing washing machine), at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

We used A-Z appliance a few months ago and they (he) exceeded our expectations. The first repair tech from a different company told us the washer (7 yrs old) could not be repaired and to buy a new one. We didnt believe it so we called A-Z and scheduled an appt. He was 30 minutes early for the appt. Diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and showed my husband the plastic ring that was cracked and needed to be replaced. He ordered the part and returned when he said he was going to. The washer works like new. The charge was very reasonable and well worth it and much much less than a purchasing a new washer that we did not need. I highly recommend this company.

I have never written a negative review and unfortunately find myself in the position to let others know that A to Z appliances was scheduled to repair my washer and dryer twice through Lowes warranty and decided to not show up during scheduled maintenance times on two occasions. I find this unacceptable. Unfortunately, A to Z is the only person Lowes offers under their service agreement. Again Unacceptable. Im very sorry I have to write such a negative review by customer service is everything.

Slow to response, unanswered calls or voice mail only. Expense for minor repairs. Better communications and service needed.
