Found a quality venthood for over my stove at a reasonable price, in much better quality than what the big box stores had. Getting appliances right now is difficult, but they had what i needed and with the warranty i feel even better! I will definitely shop here again!
Terrible. Was told Id get an estimate by email from the technician. Never got it. Called the office twice after that and was told the estimate would be sent out. Never got it. On the third call the gentleman told me they didnt have access to the estimate and didnt know who the technician was and couldnt contact him. Made no sense. Finally the call disconnected. Avoid this business at all costs
Sears put us off for weeks, referred us to a 3rd party, who also put us off for [fewer] weeks. We got the repair locally, right away.
$370 to replace a $20 part that takes 30 minutes is just not right.The repairman did give me the part number though and I did the repair myself. he was very helpful..
The technician was very thorough in checking out the double oven and was not able to fix it as it is too old and didnt have the part needed but did say it was in very good condition.
Service was great and speedy, however the refrigerator was repaired on Thursday and on Sunday something again was wrong with the temperature. Now waiting for second visit and repair.
Sears did not have parts. Then they ordered them and the part got delivered to wrong address....the part was reordered and lost again. Finally part arrived and Sears cancelled my service call. Two months now without washer. I cannot reach a human and the chat wait time was in excess of 10 minutes!No wonder they are going out of business!
And that’s why Sears has lost business. I call for repair in the USA and get some guy that can’t speak English and can’t get someone here for over a week. By by Sears😳
