Landlord is very understanding and listens to what the residents say me and my husband have lived there for a year we have a daughter and she loves it because of the pool me and my husband love living there and didnt really have any trouble at all.

Lived there for over a year. Very nice. Saw other review about staff and level of care and wonder if they had the wrong place (maybe talking about a nursing home). When I was there it was two people, a woman that handled tours, collected rent, and was in the office. And a gentleman that did the maintenance, collected trash, etc. Both very nice.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This place is CLEAN, modern, and peaceful. The manager and maintenance man are super helpful and responsive. I cant say enough good things about this complex.

Went to tour this place. Nice building and all but the staff seemed pretty rough... I walked away with some serious concerns about the level of care those people provide. Wouldnt recommend.
