Very polite great prices and took time to explain everything

It was great when it was just Eric Tangs office. Daniella was the best at keeping things up to date and was always so helpful. Once she was run out the whole place went down hill. The lack of professionalism was unbearable.

I can’t even describe the horrible service. Trust me go with another company. I have spent weeks trying to get one simple form from them. State Farm took care of it in 15 minutes.

Lied to me twice. Asked for Mr Just to call me back never got a call

Signed on with them and have not had returned emails or calls. Very little communication. I was misinformed on everything and bounced from agent to agent. Now I get my bill notification through the Allstate application and see my monthly payment went up $20. Ive never had an accident or tickets. Theres no response to my emails as to why. My condo insurance has been switched to other companies and no explanation as to why. The drivewise application doesnt record trips. This is just the worse service ever. I hope it improves because Allstate has been around for many years.
