My Epson WF-3540 incurred a paper jam this week. After clearing all of the paper, the paper jam error message kept returning and could not be cleared, not allowing any other functions to work. I looked for help online and tried every solution that was suggested, to no avail. Most advice suggested not bothering with a repair and just proceeding with a new purchase. But, this was my printers only problem and it seemed fixable to me.Not willing to give up, I googled repair services in my area and gave Wheeler Monterusso Business Machines LLC a call. I was very grateful for his honesty and for his generosity in giving of his time to just help someone in need, even if it might not lead to a business sale for him.Even though it was it was a very busy day for him, he offered to take a look and that same day my problem was resolved!!! My experience with Mr. Monterusso was positive in all ways from beginning to end. He is a great teacher who is generous with his knowledge and an excellent service technician, someone who welcomed the challenge.
