Dont go here for a laptop! They have none of display, and refuse to let you even look at them if youre interested. I was ready ready to purchase, but I took my several hundred in business to Best Buy when they refused to let me see the one I wanted! Seems pretty shady!

Unwilling to help. rude staff and when asked staff for help. they kick you out and threaten to call the police actions from general managers.

Walked in ready to spend over $500 on some home office equipment. Nobody wanted to help as I worked my way around the store asking for assistance locating a desk. After being ignored multiple times, I’ll be headed over to Staples to see if they want my money.

Terrible service. The employees would rather look at you than offer assistance. Or I should say, theyll only open their mouths when you start to leave. When a customer is standing around your office chairs, you would think thats an opportunity for a big sale. But nope. No employees were available, and the only one that seemed to want to provide assistance only greets customers and gives them directions. I wont ever bother going here again. Within the first minute I walked into the nearby Staples, I received far better customer service. My advice is avoid this place, make the less than a minute drive to the Staples.

Was in in the daytime and one of the employees wasnt wearing a mask when greeting me so that was an instant red flag. But other than that it was a normal experience. However since we are all ready been in this pandemic for about a year now I would think that everyone would be wearing masks especially your employees.

Stopped in to use the print services, and it was so good that I will never go to another FedEx ever again. Keep having problems at FedEx to simply print something, but the girl helping me at OfficeMax went above and beyond for a simple resume print out. I even needed to have some of the resume information not printed and she helped me set everything up after I sent over the document. Everything was flawless, I will for sure use OfficeMax next time for my printing needs.

I absolutely love office Depot/ office Max... Especially this location. Always offered help, honor prices for similar items when others arent available or should also be included in the certain sale. Today I had a print job with specific sizes and printed until it came out correct (only needed 2 times to get it right on) didnt charge me for the wrong one!

Decent Printing Services, but why would the company say that they are appreciating teachers by printing coupons and then severely limit them on what they can use that coupon with? Teachers dont need technology? Like a new computer? or what? It comes across as this, hey we appreciate that you teach heres 25% off a few pencils and folders that are already 25 cents a piece. *just saying if your going to appreciate the teachers, actually appreciate them.*

Inside the store could use a facelift, but the the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are good, and additional coupons are available online and through their app. We have also been very pleased with everything weve had printed at the in-store print shop.

Used to shop here for all my office needs. After an online order for pickup was not fulfilled in was informed that I would be contacted by the manager. I was not. I contacted customers service, they apologized, and said I would be contacted within 24-48 hours. 7 days later and I still have not been contacted. There are plenty of places to buy office supplies, and I will give them my business.

Goop pricing, courteous employees. If you sign up for rewards you can save even more money. Buy online & pu at store, convenient. I wait for the sales which is often. 👍

I always get superb assistance and check out is a smooth as it can be. Staff are all busy (rather than standing in a group talking/laughing), unless a customer needs help. In other words, staff are at work and are working. Great experience as I am treated respectfully and lightly with humor that models mine. A pleasure to write this also.

Had a great exp with Jason. He found the tracking number for a package I shipped and emailed me all of the information saving me$500. Went above and beyond and was very polite.

Printing service was very helpful! Helped me resize, choose a paper style and format my print job on the spot. I have been to staples on 28th street for similar print jobs and have had horrible customer service there, I am an office max supporter now!

Great place to get copies, colored or black and white, on the spot.

We needed to do some epic gaming and needed a Wi-Fi adapter so we came here and bought one. Now our gaming can be fast and cool. Thanks OfficeMax for being super fricking epic.

Ordered some printer cartridges on-line. It took 10 days to receive. They use a third-party delivery service that is unreliable. Called the 800 number. They could not provide me with any information as to why a simple order was taking so long. Last time for me with Office Max.
