In response to the previous review from Mr. Brandt, he was picking up a shipment from a shipper that closed at 4 PM and he did not make it there until closer to 4:30 PM. This was after he missed his 2 PM appointment and didnt notify us until 2:05 PM and was still over 100 miles away. We tried to help him out by moving the pickup date to 12 PM the next day which he said he couldnt make due to his 34 hour reset. Mr. Brandt asked us if the shipper could stay after 4 PM to unload him, I did send this request to the shipper and they were not willing to wait. This could have been avoided if there was better communication as far as missing the appointment time and what his actual ETA to the shipper would be. At DSV, we do not want to leave drivers without a load which is why we moved the pickup date to the following day and unfortunately this did not work for Nick.

Eric and Austin are your typical not care about a carrier person. Or anyone else but themselves for that matter. Long story short after verifying still would be good for pickup, and blowing 155 miles, the shipper left and rescheduled. Leaving me with no lad on a friday and 1150 deadhead miles to get to my upcoming committment. Never again!
