Dryer lint traps not cleaned enough but if you like hair and lint on your clothing, bedding or towels, then no problem! Many machines are always out of order. Not enough space between machines and folding tables. Never enough dryers or wheeled carts. Folding tables are always dirty and require wipe down before use. Have actually had some of my pillow covers stolen from the folding table that I was using when I left to check on a dryer load, so keep an eye on your stuff! Convenient location. Dry cleaner inside is also convenient. I never see anyone utilizing the cafe—should replace the cafe with more dryers, folding tables and a self-serve coffee bar, in my humble opinion. I have seen worse laundromats but I have seen much better. Sad that it isn’t living up to its full potential. Three stars.

Such helpful staff! Lots of quiet places to wait for your laundry. ALL manner of machines accommodate large loads and bulk items. Clean and friendly!

Really nice place for doing laundry. The machines are a little more expensive than other laundromats but the machines are also newer and do a good job at cleaning the clothes as well as have extra features at some laundromats dont offer. Lots of space to sit places to get coffee and snacks as well as bathrooms and folding tables. If you dont mind an extra $0.50 to a dollar per load and maybe worth the trip

US Navy veteran here went in to wash clothes couldn’t get any help for a crazy amount of time it was like the place was closed. Once I got help I put my clothes in the machine got one of their cards to wash once I put my card in and tried to turn it on it doesn’t work simply stops I say Alright. Try to get some type of voucher or help because of the fact I didn’t get any service the clothes didn’t spin at all. I was told we don’t do refunds put more money on the card I looked at the man like he was crazy I remember washing clothes on my First ship and it was easier and smoother than this place if you want to get ripped off and not appreciated do business here

The whole place was perfectly clean. All machines were either in perfect working order or very clearly and cleanly marked out of service staff was friendly and knowledgeable and prices were pretty average.

First time user today because my apartment complex switched to Wash Connect. That app has a one-star rating, well deserved. So . . . had to go out to do my clothes and Sheldon is close. Many of my neighbors use it. Now I know why. Very kind staff, very clean facility, very good equipment - and less expensive. From now on, it will be Sheldon.

Very clean environment with huge washers. Very pricey though $15.00 for front load larger washers. Can fit atleast 2 comforters in it. Very nice employees. Clean restaurant, laundromat, and bathroom.

Pretty clean and easy to walk in and walk out. I can do all my laundry for an entire week or more in an hour.

Well lady that was working was nice enough to tell me I could do my laundry for $4 cuz you know Ill never do laundry here again cuz Im out of town and it cost me once Im all said and done $20 yes $20 to do one load of laundry and dry awesome if you want to get bent over a barrel go to Sheldons

This is my new favorite laundromat. The former owner of Bunny Cleaners sold. Honestly, its just not the same anymore. So Ive tried a few. Welcome to The Laundry Room at Sheldon.First, the negative, its not cheap. A triple loader costs 5.50 and a quad runs $8.55 per load. What you get is worth it. Clean laundry area, and I mean clean. The bathroom sparkled. Its quiet. Nobody running around. Nobody yelling. The machines are quiet. The machines run in some kind of sound baffling case and it works. Lots of TVs, on mute of course. Comfortable seating and a cafe as soon as the pandemic ends. 5 🌟

Cafeteria in it, which is convenient for waiting. There are three or more comforter washers including a super big one. They sell detergent and bags too, but they are very expensive. So, you better dont forget to bring your own before coming. Clean and convenient place. Recommend.

I am officially getting a washing machine after this morning witnessing a customer with their mask down coughing and sneezing into their hands and all over the dryers while touching everything in sight and while this was going on a customer walked in with zero mask on.You wonder why Kent county has all these coronavirus cases now.

Hugely overpriced, the washers start at $7 per load and they add on extra charges for using cold water, delicate cycle, etc.for that price, I can wash AND dry four loads at literally any other laundromat in the area. I stopped in because my regular laundromat was late in opening up, but after seeing what they charge here I decided I was better off waiting in a parking lot for 40 minutes

Never thought Id find a Fancy laundry mat. But here it is! Very nice, great set up, average prices, convenient coffee shop/cafe, VERY helpful staff! Was very pleased with the ease of the mundane task of laundry day. Will DEFINITELY be going back and recommending it to everyone!

This is far and away the biggest laundry mat Ive ever been to. Very clean, comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and the addition of the cafe is simply icing on the cake. Easily the only place Ill go to do my laundry as long as I live in GR.

They need some maintenance. Clothes getting stuck in dryer between door and drum. Washing machine door not opening without some trick. Attendant said people have had trouble in the past.

This is a nice place to wash but hold on to your laundry card as people swipe steal them when you set it down to push buttons on machine when youre not looking. It happened twice to me.

Awesome! The nicest laundrymat I have EVER encountered! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A friend passed away and we had gone to clean out her house. There were TONS of clothes. This place has 2 washers that hold 10 loads each. Tremendously helpful in my postion. I spent 12 hours washing and drying today. The coffee shop was a major bonus for me and reasonably priced as well. I am grateful to have found this place!

Rude service. The dryer I was using broke down, and the female service clerk tried to stiff me not once, but twice on a reimbursement.

They are clean and nice but very pricey also they are not coin laundry, it is the card however if you like to cancel the card, you loose remaining balance. They said they dont have refunds.
