Hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The trainers are all amazing and knowledgeable. They tailor each session to an individuals needs. Everyone is welcoming and helpful. My student athlete daughter and I both attend multiple times a week and we’ve seen the results both in physical strength and confidence

I love this place! Each of the trainers is awesome. They are knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Workouts are tailored to the individual, taking into account any modifications you might need, but still pushing you to move forward and get stronger. All this in an incredibly fun environment.

PowerStrength is amazing facility with compassionate coaches that will appropriately push all their members to excel in their desired areas. They built confidence in my young athlete and have brought me back to a healthier lifestyle through their adult programming. I would recommend checking the program out. With their expanding facilities their may be one closer to you than you know!

PowerStrength is not just “another place to work out”. It’s an experience that you have to see to appreciate. The coaches are extremely helpful and will push you appropriately to reach whatever goals you may have. Do yourself a favor and check them out - it truly will change your life (for the better)!

They customize the workout to my needs and with small class sizes the coach is free to give individual attention.

I feel stronger and healthier in my 50s than I did in my 30s and 40s because of this place. No need to feel intimidated when walking in to PSTS. It is a very welcoming, encouraging, and motivating atmosphere!

Great place to workout, staff are friendly and cater to the needs of your ability. They always push you to do your best and everyone is treated like family. There is a little of everything at each workout, cardio, weights, isometric, conditioning etc... The instructors are extremely helpful, motivating, and knowledgeable for each individual that they interact with. One of the best decisions I have made was to join this fitness program. I look forward to going each time.

So thankful to have found PowerStrength. I have spent so many years with back pain and had been getting more and more discouraged as I did less and less because of the pain. The small groups, individual attention and amazing welcoming and encouraging community at PowerStrength has kept me pushing forward as I take control over my body again.
