Ive tried many exercise programs and this is the first type I consistently work up a sweat and elevate my heart rate for at least 45 minutes! Im able to do this with modifications (due to bone on bone knees and a torn rotator cuff). I get my steps in for the day, while giving my most important muscle a good workout! So grateful a friend told me about this opportunity!!!
