Very pleased with my new computer equipment, the turn around time between order and installation, friendly knowledgeable staff, training on new equipment, and immediate response to troubleshoot one minor glitch, which wasnt necessarily the fault of the technology advisor since Im still using a DOS program for part of my operations {hey, if it works - dont fix it : ) }. I would recommend TeamLogicIT in a heartbeat. Forgot to mention, the way TeamLogic set up my use of that DOS program now saves $$$$ because it isnt necessary to print hundreds of pages in a monthly report; today I printed 18 pages vs. 280, saving storage space, paper, ink and printer wear and tear.

Max and Jim came out to my place in mid December after I called them with a huge problem I was having with my email. They were both here within 30 minutes. Impressive! They spent a few hours setting me up with a new Outlook account, which I love.
