I could not have been more pleased with my experience working with Lakeside Surfaces! We ordered our counters through Lowes, which went fine, but once Lakeside stepped in, they were excellent! Staring with the initial reach out to schedule appointments, Becky was great to work with. Then Kyle, who came out for the official measurements, was completely professional, very friendly, and answered all of my questions. Finally, Rodney and John did an excellent job with the install, and were also really great, nice guys to work with. On top of all that amazing customer service, the counters look AWESOME!! I will definitely be recommending Lakeside to any friends looking for new kitchen counters!

Matt Johnson was the team leader for the installation of out countertop. They did a great job and the countertop looks great. I was amazed how quickly it went in.

David and Derek were great. They came installed our countertops and sinks. They were kind, professional and very funny. They answered all my questions. Our counters are beautiful. They did a great job and let me know what they were doing every inch of the way. The counters look beautiful and Im very pleased!

Carl and Shawn were on time and very professional. They installed our vanity ( quartz) top and sink and it looks great. They also reworked a seam in our kitchen counter installed by different contractor and did make it look better. Would hire and recommend without hesitation. Very pleased.

Im so impressed with Lakeside Surfaces. Every person we have come in contact with acts with their customers best interest in mind. I went in to the gallery to select our kitchen countertops and scheduled a residential installation (no contractor / interior designer). The team treated us with the utmost respect and answered promptly to all of our questions. From measurement to quoting to billing and installation -- this company is top notch. Also, the installation crew was one of the best Ive seen - respectful, courteous, & helpful. One of them even noticed I had some packages outside and brought them in for me. Im looking forward to having Lakeside come back and install our bathroom countertops in a few months!

After reading reviews from other customers my wife and I decided to go with Lakeside and it was a awesome choice. They arrived on time and the quality and care David and Kevin put into our install was nothing short of commendable.

Awesome space with large slabs of patterns. Very hospitable and allow designers to use their conference room privately for client meetings.

I had an undermounted sink detach from the cambria quartz countertop. Ryan from Kalamazoo and Peter the sales person both said the fix would need to disconnect my plumbing But when Chris came out to fix it, he did not disconnect the plumbing. So, I cancelled the plumber that was coming to reconnect the sink. The first time I filled the sink up with hot soapy water and went to drain it, the water came gushing down into the cabinet and out all over the floor, When the sink and counter top were clamped together to dry the silicone, the sink pipe was pulled from the connected plumbing, My advice is to have the plumber come out either way after Lakeside completes their job to avoid water mess. Other than that, they were good to work with.
