This company was kind and fun. They made me feel safe during the remodeling because they used PPE for the entire process and the product was backed by a great warranty.

The management doesnt know or appreciate the work of its employees. The pay was bad, and the pressure was always high. Even the clients had unrealistic expectations at times. It should be fixed.

Anytime someone’s remodeling their bath/shower I highly recommend them. Through a pandemic, set backs, and unpredictable hard times they have still exceeded expectations. Customer service is great and handled appropriately.

Really disappointed with the service provided by Bath Planet. It has been problem after problem. Had faults on multiple products and refusing to replace at their expense. I understand people are currently working in difficult situations and there are probably staff shortage, but DONT promise quality service if you cant deliver. Will never use this company again!
