Ive tried every method and theyre impossible to contact. Your parcel is consistently late or potentially even lost. Do a fast google search to find more unsatisfied customers. When they do respond on review sites, theyre very automated and useless. Forget trying to track your package too, the updates are late or non-existent. If possible, always opt out of using their service.

Completely ridiculous and unacceptable experience. They did not bother to try and deliver my package. Did not notify me in anyway that the package was at a pick up depot. Their service email and phone number go unanswered. They have zero regard for their customers. I don’t know how they are still in business. It makes me not want to purchase from ANY company that uses this delivery service.

Do not do business with any company that uses Landmark Global. Landmark attempted delivery in British Columbia to my business on a Saturday. We were closed. Rather than try to deliver the next business day (like every other logistics company in the entire world) the package was sent back to Ontario with no indication on when delivery will be attempted again. These are my sons Christmas presents. No call. No response to email. Not a care for the customer. Landmark should be ashamed and admonished for their business practices. Zero stars for sure.

My experience using the Landmark Global shipping service was good. Tracking the shipment was clear and status updates were provided. My ordered items arrived on time, even a few days earlier than the estimated date of arrival.

Ordered my in-laws Christmas gifts from Lids.ca as they are huge Whitecaps fans. Ordered First week of December, plenty of time to arrive. Everyday it shows out for delivery today I call to find out it was lost 12 days ago.... No sorry, no nothing. No gifts for my in-laws who leave to head back home to Germany Boxing day. Total joke, and had I not called they werent going to tell me or notify me at all so I would have been waiting forever for nothing to arrive as they lost it.

Echoing other reviewers comments, Landmark is appalling, no customer service, only by email and no one responds. I have 2 different shipments that ended up in there hands and both have been sitting in Calgary unmoved and unscanned for over 2 weeks.. is it lost? damaged? or sitting unnoticed in their warehouse collecting dust? no one knows because there is no way to get in touch with anyone to look into it.

Things get delivered on time usually in my experience but the tracking is not updated and it’s very stressful waiting for your order to arrive. Sometimes tracking is quite vague and hard to follow.

Really deserves zero stars. package was supposed to arrive almost 2 weeks ago, no updates in tracking, no idea where it is, no customer service at all. a useless frustrating company. I wish the seller had chosen a reliable company.

If I could give zero, I would. How to get a hold of them. They have the worst communication and service ever. Their shipment takes forever to move from a place to another. You never get updates. It’s just so so so long. I’ve never dealt with such lazy company. Definitely not worth it and I wish companies would choose their shipping companies better.

Worst shipping experience and customer service ever! I dont usually give bad reviews but this company has been so frustrating... Mostly the fact that they have made a mistake with my package delivery and are impossible to get in contact with despite several attempts by myself and by customer service at Amazon!They were to deliver a package to me from Amazon, I have ordered lots of things from Amazon and always get things sent to my business because someone is always there and have never had a problem before. But I received emails 2 days in a row saying Landmark tried to deliver my package DURING BUSINESS HOURS WHEN I WAS THERE, and left notices, yet no one came in with a package and there were no notices left. Obviously the address they are taking it to is the wrong one. Ive called numerous times and left messages, and have heard nothing back. I have called Amazon a few times and they were also unable to contact them. There is an option to send an email but it basically says if the email is about a package delivery they wont reply to it. Searching the FAQ page their answer for almost everything is to contact the place of origin of the order (like Amazon etc). What kind of company is this when you cant even get in contact with them about your package they are supposed to deliver? And why is such a respectable company such as Amazon using a company like that? So frustrating! Definitely recommend avoiding this delivery company at all costs!

I have had the worst customer service from this company. I have e-mailed multiple times(a few days apart) about a missing package with no response at all. It is impossible to get in touch with an agent. I called the facility and the voicemail was full. What a joke.

Awful service. Took a week before my tracking details changed from Shipment Data Uploaded to Processed. Package was supposed to arrive by now. Its still sitting on the other side of the country! Tried to contact via email, you dont even get an auto-reply that they received your inquiry. Package sender couldnt even get more details from them. Online retailers should avoid!

Worst shipping experience of my life... how the hell do you even get ahold of these people? No customer support at all. Would expect a company like Shopbop that is a high end online retailer to use a more secure method of shipment. Absolute garbage..

Very bad carrier! My packages never came on time. The last time experience was they lost my package. I have no idea why Abercrombie and Fitch will cooperate with them but the thing is I will never shop Abercrombie again because this bad carrier.

Ordered through a website and they have landmark global as their delivery company. Both times landmark has given a partial address on the package resulting in me not getting my order. I have tried to contact them but i never hear anything back. They need to check to make sure that the packages have the customers complete address before shipping them.
