Worst company Ive ever worked at. No training, no organization, extremely poor communication and severely under staffed although that certainly didnt stop them from firing good people left and right, the place was being completely run by a revolving door of temps. The items were all randomly placed throughout the warehouse, basically every single order that came through the door meant we would be going on a scavenger hunt. Every time. Noone ever knew where anything was. Worst of all the operations manager is beyond incompetent and incapable of listening to reason. Half the time he was completely wrong and we would have to deal with his mistakes and scramble to fix them. Everyday he would set us back further and further. Also, he had no teeth and horrible breath. I saw the writing on the wall and jumped ship before this company was able to drag me down with it. I guarantee this place is going under sooner or later.
I have a roll of artificial turf scheduled for delivery on Friday 6/25/21. On Friday, a male employee called me saying that they couldnt deliver today and had to reschedule to Monday 6/28 between 12-4PM.Today (Monday 6/28), I waited all afternoon and nothing came. I called this company at 4:10PM and they said that they shipment didnt leave the warehouse because they had an incomplete address. I am really upset because of 2 reasons. One, if they can call me to reschedule the delivery, why couldnt they verify the delivery address at the same time? Two, on the delivery date, if they dont have the complete address, should they call me to verify or to inform me that the shipment is delayed?! No communication whatsoever. I have to follow up with them to get it rescheduled for this Friday July 2. 7 days delayed and horrible communication.
This place is officially a joke lots of new people that dont have a clue what there doing youre lucky if you get one of the few that do hopefully they dont destroy your product
I had a delivery here, my appointment was scheduled for Sunday morning, I drove almost all night to be in time for unloading, arrived on time but they refused to unload me, they say cant unload me today but on Monday,) I went to the truck stop to restart there, reschaduled an appointment for Tuesday 8 : 00am.check in was 8:00am. now: 3:00pm. and still not empty.. I turned to supervisor and to try undarstand whats going on??? He could not adequately explain why they did this .. I think that the supervisors is poorly organized. If you wonna safe your time, I advise you to stay away from them.
The caucasian male was very rude from the start, even before starting I presented myself professionally had all the necessary documentation for the shipment from CA as well. Very rude behavior toward people of color would give zero rating if it’s possible. No future business with them. This was the first time I had business with this company and they left very bad first impression for myself.

They contract to do a job but then cherry pick the easy jobs theyll do and others they wont ask youre store to not use these guys unless you want to wait past estimated delivery time to find out that these guys trucks and drivers are to special to do the job they contracted

Xpress Global Systems Inc is a complete scam!!! Ever heard the saying Lying Through Your Teeth? It means they smile through the phone as they set up your appointment. They give you the price you want to hear while smiling over the phone. All the while knowing the entire time that they will hold your products ransom for additional money!!!Hidden cost that are not applied until after they put the products on the truck. Kind of like taking your wallet and offering to give it back it you give them the money inside the wallet first. What a joke!!! The guy that had to push the button to drop the lift gate charged $150.00 extra to do his job. Lift gate fee are you flipping joking. The company did not even have a pallet jack to remove the product from his truck!!SCAM ARTISTS!!! COMPANY AND BUYER BEWARE!!!! I recommend FedEx Or UPS stay as far away from these scam artists as possible.

I hate coming here.I waited almost 45 minutes for the warehouse to get my pallet, And there wasn’t even a line.Both Tammy, the lady with a mustache that’s bigger than my dad’s, and the older Asian guy with the lazy eye in the office are very rude and unprofessional.
Its a dirt lot that is shared with other companies. No facilities.
