Guard shack needs to be more current and on time if Amazon relay is all about timing and accuracy..even yard driver need to follow there own rules first if yall so strictly on truckers entering..5mph its says but most of the yard drivers drive above that especially the lead drivers....showoff

Got terminated for no reason, terrible training, and no communication at all. Work for UPS instead.

I pick up donations for the Pet Food Bank in Tacoma and the ladies here are Amazing they take the time to pick the items that we can use for the animals that are served at the food bank. They are an AMAZING Group of women.

Kind of a weird location. I wish they would concentrate on understanding the importance of the drivers time. We just need to get in and out of there without any hassle.

Dont come here if you are low on DOT time. Its chaotic and no changes have been made for years. Non trucker friendly. So chaotic. There is a 5x bigger amazon literally next door but this place is 5x busier and full of boxcar that dgaf about 53 foot trailers. I hate coming here.

Very easy to find and get in and out.Plenty of room to get around. Well organized.

It is not a trucker friendly environment. Its a very small yard, no where to park, they are very rude with little not no communication. You get told one thing and one or two other people tell you differently. They know we are under contracts so we have to be polite and humble yet they think they can walk all over us and if we try to get them to hear us we get bad reviews by Amazon. I will say this, it was so bad during my last load here at Amazon I almost walked out.

Can be a little frustrating for truck drivers with the scheduling changes and the rules getting changed. The people working there always have been helpful and polite.

Im not sure whats to review here its just a package sorting facility, I work there for Amazon it was pretty great

Zero stars. Giggling and lazy check-in and out stuff. December 2, 2019. Check-in time 1,5 hrs. I just wanted to drop an empty. So I waited 1,5 hrs and found they have no spots for empties and was sent to the offsite. There were 7 people at the check-in with only 2 partially working. You can go out and do at least on street check-in for empties or cancellations. Dont worry youll get your fifty or more zeros for the extra fast checks-in very soon.

I have a contract with Amazon using the Relay Amazon application and they have never given me a badge to load my box truck they say I use the visitor pass but the guards are Racists and they dont give it to you someone knows how to get a badge to load and unload my truck

It was a lot of fun to go with a friend and my wife -- both Amazon badge holders -- to the merchandise sale of returned and gently used stuff. Its kind of away from retail, so when their restrooms were out of order, not the greatest.

It’s the best Amazon location in Seattle area.

This has to be the WORST Amazon Warehouse on the face of the planet to deliver and pick up. Guards here are so rude and ridiculously slow.

Coffee needs to be more accessible, other than that I give it a 4.9
