I despise Woodforest not only was the lady taking her sweet time it took her forever to cash a 3000 check that I was depositing. MIND you I been with this bank forever. Just ridiculous. .. leaving ASAP!

I have been a customer for many years.Employees always friendly, whether on the phone or at branch.Low, if any, fees not like corporate banks who nickel and dime you to death.I recommend you use Woodforest National Bank.

Ive used many other banks but Woodforest is the best in my opinion. Staff is friendly and they dont have tons of restrictions on their accounts.

Jason spoke to my mother like she was stupid. Talked over her and got an attitude. He is lucky I didnt break his jaw for disrespecting her like that. She has been a customer for over 7 years. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
