I want to start this review out by saying how amazing every at Lukes carpet is. I spoke with everybody yesterday and they all were extremely helpful and kind. Whether its the guy running the forklift or a manager they all are willing to drop everything to assist you. I was lucky enough to have Javonne help me out. I was not really there to buy carpet, I needed the old cardboard tubes for my Rescue Birds. Even though Javonne was dressed beautifully she still got her hands dirty. She reached in the bin and found me one. Well on my way out I saw a bunch of carpet rolls with New Tubes. So I decided to buy 4, not only for the tubes but to support their amazing business. So if you are ever in need of flooring, make sure you say hi to Javonne. She will liven up your day and make your experience amazing. Recently, I purchased three rooms of carpeting from Lukes with a strong desire to have it installed asap due to other work scheduled for the house. Dominique, our installer, not only worked us into his schedule prior to taking a paternity leave, he worked a 12 hour day, mostly without his assistant, to complete the job for us. He was professional, personable and a joy to have in our house. Thank you, Dominique!

Needed a custom-sized bound area rug for a hardwood living space in a new-to-us home. Ken Striegel was great at making sure I saw all the options, while also being transparent about which carpets were on sale. He was thorough about discussing binding options (rounded or square corners), pad options, and making sure we had a size that not only worked for our room but was an efficient use of materials. Super happy with the final product. Their showroom is amazing to browse/dream while Ken did the paperwork; we will be back for other flooring and countertop needs.

I stopped in a few weeks ago because the kind folks at Lukes were donating laminate sample tags to my reading program at school.. I was impressed by the range of flooring choices on display. So many beautiful options. Mostly, however, I was impressed by the way they went out of their way to help me out. Courteous and helpful people. Thank you so much.

We recently installed engineered hardwood flooring in our home as well as remodeled two bathrooms in our Seattle condo. Ken provided excellent customer service. He always went above and beyond on many occasions to assist me in picking out products, providing immediate quotes, call to check on inventory and delivery timelines, and place orders. I appreciate his friendly, positive attitude as well as always putting the customer first. I give Ken five stars. His work ethic is admirable.

We recently finished an 8-month, whole-house remodel. Wow! It was quite a project. We used Lukes Carpet and Design Center for tile and LVP flooring, tile backsplashes and trim, laminate countertops and trim, carpet and pad. I called a lot of places and Lukes Carpet was the only place that knew how to help me. I had a sticky note with numbers and words but I didnt know if it was the color or manufacturer of my carpet. Kira knew exactly what it was and was able to find it very quickly. She also recommended installers and made my experience very simple.

160 sq yards of carpet installation finished today, and we are very pleased. Royal helped us with pet friendly Mohawk selection and recommended J&C Flooring for install. Pricing was very reasonable (even a little better than the big box stores) plus we got personal service with Royal running point and keeping us informed. Thank you Lukes!

I had an excellent time shopping for granite and backsplash for my two bathrooms.Sydney was helping me through the whole process of finding me an installer, scheduling the install day, and following up with me after the install. She made it so easy for me and my husband!At first I was surprised by their huge selection of backsplashes, but Sydney was able to help me narrow through their selections to what Ive been looking for and envisioning in my head!I want to thank Sydney and the Lukes Carpet Team so much for their help! I went in to pick up tile that we had ordered a month ago. They said the tile would be available for pick up at it was already secured to just be loaded no paper work..... it took 2.5 hours after arriving at the store to get the tile. Not only did i have to ask repeatedly, but was treated to poor customer service and several responses of people are out on lunch, again i was there for 2.5 hours... DO NOT BUY HERE

I had a good experience at Lukes recently. Everyone I dealt with were polite and knowledgeable. I purchased carpet from Royal who helped me get an appointment with the installer, ( Bill Brockman), who I thought did a good job for a reasonable price.

Been meaning to review for quite a while. Although I got carpet installed quickly by the contractor hired THROUGH Luke’s Carpet, they did not guarantee their work. About 6 months after our carpet being installed it was loose and needed re-stretched. Instead of just having someone come out and fix it, they gave me a list of all the carpet installers they use and basically told me to figure it out. I’m extremely irritated every time I look at my carpet and now my house is for sale and looks like I get to hire someone else to fix it.

Kira was wonderful to work with. I emailed her the specs for the room we needed to get carpet in and that afternoon she had an estimate for me and had an installer all lined up do the install that following Monday. I would highly recommend Kira to anyone.

There was an issue that arose during the installation of our carpet. Stewart at Luke’s was very responsive to our concerns and questions. He took the time, made himself available and offered multiple solutions but let us decide what worked best for us. Mostly he took the time to listen and put himself in our shoes. When it got stressful he kept his word and did the right thing.

I was working with Kira on behalf of my daughter who was out of town, but had just purchased a home and wanted to replace the carpet. Kira and I communicated through email easily, and she was very responsive to my questions and sent photos of the carpet samples. Arrangements were made and the installer Roberto met me at the home to take measurements on a Saturday and installed the carpet the next Wednesday. The job was well done, and the new carpet was vacuumed after installation. Ive never seen that. When my daughter returned to town and was able to check out her new home, she was very pleased! Thank you Kira and Roberto.

I’m so glad I chose Luke’s to get my carpet. Sydney worked with me and I couldn’t have found anyone easier to work with and made picking out my carpet an enjoyable task. Everything moved right along and my carpet was delivered when it was scheduled. And Secon Carpet Layers did a fantastic job. Overall from beginning to end it was a great experience.

We were remodeling our master bath and at the last minute decided to change the flooring in our bedroom as well. Sydney helped us find the perfect carpet and pad to make our master suite and real retreat! She was extremely helpful and always friendly. We highly recommend Luke’s to all our friends and always say to see Sydney if she is available.

I have wanted to remodel my master bath, laundry and update 2 additional bathrooms for several years. They were all over due. Kira provided me with the fresh new look I needed with the quality older features than I wanted to retain. She appreciated my budget, time lines, contractor relationship and most importantantly, the ability to blend new materials into a 25 year old home. Kira was creative, direct and had an exceptional eye for the classical look I desired.

Extremely disappointed in their product and not standing behind their work. New home in 2016 started noticing laminate lifting. Contacted the builder within the first year who put us in touch with Luke’s who installed. They came out and told us that we would need to file for a warranty from the manufacturer and that they would get the process started... fast forward to August 2019, after multiple phone calls, the owner finally came out to the house and said that unfortunately there is nothing he can or will do. I would expect a company to do better. Laminate with a “20 year warranty” should hold up longer than 6 months. Now I will be replacing my flooring and will not be using their services and do not recommend others use them as well.

Paul did an excellent job installing new flooring for our business. He even worked around our operating hours, which was incredibly helpful. Our new floors look fantastic and we couldnt be happier with the outcome.

Not sure why it took me so long to visit this store! The service is amazing and so are the prices. They explain every little detail for you. Lukes Carpet will be my go to for future needs!

The flooring is nice, but there installers are TERRIBLE. My neighbor had flooring put in by their sub and a 1.5 day job turned into a nightmare because the installers wanted to leave in the middle of the install (Thursday) and come back next Tuesday to finish. They took three days for most of the install. The toilet was pulled out and the sub was suppose to reinstall it and then called late Friday afternoon to say sorry we cant do it because we cannot guarantee it wont leak. Why did they wait?

Had a wonderful experience at Lukes. They had exactly what I needed and for the best prices in town. Their large selection, helpful staff, and great pricing made my home remodel a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Lukes to anyone looking for quality products.

I am not one to write reviews, but in the last couple months I have had a lot of remodeling going on. After going to multiple stores, I finally landed at Lukes carpet. And, thank goodness for that. I needed everything from tile and carpet to design ideas, matching fixtures, etc...If it were not for Phaedra, I might not have ever finished. She was a breath of fresh air. She walked me through options, layouts, looks, and much more. She was so knowledgable on everything it made finding exactly what I needed a breeze. Phaedra explained carpets and helped me to match the upstairs perfectly, as well as helped with the entire flow of my home, from the exterior paints, tiles, doors, to the interior bathrooms, walkways, and kitchen. I will never go to anywhere else again. Lukes carpet has an excellent team headed by a knowledgable and capable leader with Phaedra.

Great and helpful

Got 2000$ worth of luxuary laminate flooring from them, ordered some transitions for the same which was out of stock. Later they called and said its back ordered for three weeks. Then I went and bought some comparable transitions stuff from lowes and got my work completed in that week itself so that I dont have an opening in my floor for three weeks. Now after three weeks they call me back saying transitions are delivered in their warehouse and then I said I already finished my work and I dont need it and they are charging me 25% restocking fee for the transitions which come out to 50+ $ because I hadnt called early and told them I dont need it. Weird thing is they are still selling the same stuff and they could easily keep it stock for new customers. I am not happy with this issue this time and wont be going back again for any of my future requirements to them.

Went in to buy hardwood floor and waited about 30 min for pricing person never came back to give me prices. Walked back to desk to ask for prices again and they sent me back and said to wait that they would help me in a bit. worse customer service for flooring
