Our condo association has used Washington Construction services for repair and upkeep on our fences and exterior wood frames. They are knowledgeable about the right way to do repairs and have always given us a good price. Seth is friendly and makes sure we understand the problem and solution before the work is done. Hes even found some things we didnt notice ourselves!Like some other contractors they do ask for money up front to cover the cost of materials.
