Wait times are outrageous.Called and was told EBT was *always* open from 10am-2pm.Its been 25 minutes and the EBT lady isnt even at the EBT window... Wait...there she...is...and shes gone.45 minutesNow there are two. Two women talking to each other and no one has been called to the window...Wait...one of the womanactually called a person to the window...that only took an hour. But wait...its not over yet...Go to Window 5. They dont even know why Im here...even though I checked in with reception when I first got here. An hour and a half ago. 10 minutes and back to Window 5, because paperwork that is used constantly cannot be near anyones workstation.AFTER 2 HOURS I NOW HAVE A REPLACEMENT EBT CARD.Next time, just send it to me in the mail.

Appreciate there willingness to help the community, but the fear of sickness and the lack of cleaning chairs and other stuff makes me try to do as much as possible over the phone.

Ive never had rude or bad service from employees but small office which usually creates a terribly long wait time.
