When I called to ask questions about a lease I got one answer and that I needed to just come pick up a paper. Upon arrival the front desk receptionist had no idea what I was talking about and didn’t have any clue what was happening so she went back to get somebody. Joanna came out and was very rude telling me I wouldn’t get the paper until rent was caught up (understandable but it’s paid now) she then tells me I have to pay September’s rent as well even though it is not even September yet. She was very rude as all I was trying to do was be polite and get this paper as Brenda did not mention anything about this. I’ve heard and read a lot of complaints left about Joanna and you’d think they could hire a more professional/nice person. I left upset at the fact that an employee that gets my business and that I was nothing but polite to gets away with treating customers this way. My boyfriend will be going in next time. I do not think I will be doing business again anytime soon.

Brenda is the worst. She told us we didnt know how to set a thermostat and then she wont even try and help us get our house cool during the summer. We had been with for a year and had no issues in the past and now she telling me and my wife we dont know how to set the thermostat and refuses to send people out to fix the AC while we have kids and a baby!! She isnt even trying to help us and when we call her she ignores the calls. Like what is that? Very childish.

I have been a tenant in one of their rentals for about a year and a half, and have had a great experience. Their customer service has always been amazing and Vera has always called me back within a few hours if I have had a question. I have only had one serious maintenance issue and he was there within the hour to fix it and was kind, and very quick! Thank you for all your hard work!

I had been a tenant for 2 years with Everstar. I live in one unit for 1 year then had to move to a top unit in another building because of the noise from the other tenants. When I move in to the second unit, the Everstar employee met with me at the unit for a move in inspection. She quickly did a walk thru of the unit and wrote only the visible damage on the report. She did not take the time to do a full detail inspection report. When I move out i cleaned the unit and the carpet was left in the same condition. Most units the carpert is very old and has lots of dust, wear and tear. When i move out, I received my refund and move out report. I reviewed the report and I could not believe how much money they kept for repairs and labor. They kept 75 percent of my refund. They charge me for several items that were either missing or damage when I move in. While I lived in the unit I made two work request for them to replaced an item in the unit. The item was never replaced the whole year I lived there and it was a safety violation. I give a low rating to Everstar for failing to conduct a full detail inspection report during my move in and failing to replace missing parts.P.S. All charges stand! Wonderful customer service! Olivia was in training and answered my many phone calls often and was always kind and patient and found me the answer if she didn’t know. It’s honestly appreciated when someone can say “I don’t know, I’m in training; but if you can give me a moment I can find an answer for you.” I have called for Sheri many times with “quick questions” and she has ALWAYS been polite and professional and explained everything to me. She has been so helpful!! So helpful. I was pretty stressed out and her kindness means a lot to me. I never had an issue getting a hold of her or she always called me back, always willing to answer my questions. I appreciate both of you ladies!!!

Arrived to view a property, and the realtor Sheri was wearing a disposable face mask which was clearly heavily used and had it below her nose. Later on when we were inside the property together she removed her mask completely without warning. We asked to move forward with the process but were not notified about additional paperwork needed and so another person claimed the property first. As a result, we drove an hour and were potentially exposed to Covid-19 for nothing.

I have to say hands down the best experience with a property manager. Renee was very helpful and made our transition back into WA easy and painless for our family. If I needed anything fixed it would get done immediately with a follow up call making sure our issue was taken care of. And any concerns or questions answered in a timely manner. When we left our unit we did the walk thru and had no issues and exit was easy and painless.

I called about a rental at 710 Van Giesen. I was told to fill out an application but they wouldnt charge me unless the first person who applied backed out and would call me first. I also asked about the credit check, I was told it was a soft pull. 3 days later.. I was charged the application fee and they did a hard pull on my credit. Which stays on there for 2 years. I havent heard from anyone at Everstar Realty. I have called Joanne left a message on the 13th. Not one phone call or any response. This is beyond unprofessionalism. I wouldnt recommend this company

Barry Long aka Bear is proficient at his job when it comes hunting of your dream house. He assures one all the requirement will be considered be it area wise or structure wise, without loosing his patience he stands all through till you find the one. Lastly mark it that he is an “Ace “ in real estate world and his demeanor is always self-effacing and polite.

Best Management Company ever!!!! The experience has been wonderful. Ever Star is the managing company of the apartment complex I just moved to. Mitchell is awesome!!! From day one, he has been professional and courteous. He made time to meet with me; he listened to EVERY single one of my concerns and took care of everything from start to finish. He answered all of my e-mails and phone calls.The best experience I have ever had with an apartment complex/management company hands down. This is a great start to my new home in Pasco.

My personal experience with EverStar has been great! My family and I moved from California in the summer of 2016 while we were looking for rental properties, we told EverStar about our situation, and they gave us our options. Within a matter of days we were approved for our place and moved in the same day! I am forever grateful for EverStar giving us a second chance and making our experience in Washington a pleasant experience.Renee is phenomenal! My cousins moved here a couple on Tuesday from California, and I contacted Renee on Wednesday, she responded the same day and showed them some properties. By Friday, they were approved and moved in. I have been renting from Everstar for about a year and am very happy with them. They are very reasonably priced and do a great job keeping our home comfortable. They are very prompt with getting someone out to fix anything. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. When the time comes for us to purchase a home, I know Ill be working with them to help us find our forever home.

She is out apartment manager mainly she is the nicest lady I have ever met, also if I have any issues she gets them handled immediately and she has gone above and beyond to help me and my family. Unprofessional, disgusting behavior from Renata. Threatened to evict us, TIMELY paying tenants because of her obnoxious drama filled conversations with a roach infested neighbor. We lived there peacefully and cleanly for 3 years and she moves in a pig that did nothing but cause problems and roaches. She was there 6 months and my husband and I were getting eviction threats. A family of 6 had NO business in a tiny 2 bedroom duplex. Fortunately we purchased our home and she was fired by the owner.

I would not recommend anyone to this company. They fix any problem theyll take your payment on time. But at the end of your contract dont expect to get your deposit back. Theyll over charge you for the smallest thing. $90 dollars to replace 2 light bulbs

Unfortunately, we have been having issues with our heater not keeping temperature. We called the emergency line and spoke with Mitchel, (who by the way was awesome) he immediately dropped off a space heater to get us by and had the HVAC company out the following day. They mentioned it was a simple fix and had the heater up and running again. The following day we noticed the heat stopped working again, we contacted the office during regular business hours, but they told us we would have to wait 24 hours until sending a technician back out. The HVAC tech came back out for the second time and said it was good to go, but an hour after he left it had not reached the thermostat settings. I called the hvac company to see if they could send him back, because it had just been and hour since he left, but no one called us back. The following day we contacted the office and informed Renee(property manager) that the heater hadn’t been fixed. (we had to take pics of the thermostat to show it was truly not keeping temp) we have contacted Renee twice, this will now be our third time emailing her about the issue . It seems she could care less and doesn’t seem to understand that the heater has not been fixed . (There is so much a space heater can heat, we have three bedrooms and have to keep the doors open at night so we all get a little bit of heat) the lowest it has dropped has now been 60 degrees .I see there are other reviews stating how great she is, we would love to see that side, but all we seem to be getting is someone who doesn’t care or who isn’t very quick about trying to resolve a tenants issue. We love the apartments, but honestly wish we had someone who was prompt about an issue the tenant is experiencing.

If I could possibly give a 0 star I would! Two months after moving into a duplex I received notice that the owner decided to sell it and they would be doing walk threws. I am a single working mother with 4 kids. After working 12 hour night shifts I would return home and spot clean every bit of the house, take my children to a park and wait while stangers went through my place. After a month of several walk threws a week I got a call offering to end the lease on mutual terms, otherwise the walk threws would continue. I was also told I would forfeit my deposit. When I asked why I would lose my deposit if it was an offer from them to end it, I was then told the deposit was to flip the place. I argued that it was a cleaning deposit and for any damages. During one of the walk threws with the owner they noticed the floor in the kitchen was badly cracked, as it had been when I moved in. They tried to blame me. I hired a professional to come look at the floor. He immediately picked up a tile that was not even glued to the floor. Said the floor was not properly installed which was why it cracked. He wrote a statement saying this. I turned it into the company. They rejected it and sent their maintenance guys out to look at it. They said the same thing, that the floors cracked due to improper installation. I was then crucified for not moving the fridge and mopping under it before people came to look at the house. They said if you stood back and looked down you could see where it hadnt been cleaned. I told her I was under no obligation in my lease to even have the place completely clean but I had done it as a courtesy. I was told well technically your right but you need to do it anyways. When I had the final conversation about the cleaning deposit I was told that even if I clean the place that she would come through with a black light. So when I left I cleaned everything but vacuuming and a little in the fridge. Swept and cleaned the garage. Mowed and took care of tyre yard. Not only did I not get my deposit back, I just tried to rent a place and was denied because this company days I owe them over $1300. Ruined my credit and now I cant rent. My rent had never been late. No damages to the place. Didnt leave a mess. And to slap me even harder in the face, while looking for another place to rent I see the duplex listed for rent. Not even for sale. Just posted by the company 2 days prior for the same rent as I had been paying. And now Im staying in a motel because I cant rent anywhere. And when I call no one seems to be able to explain to me what is going on and just bounces me around from one person to the next. Renting from this company was the biggest mistake ever.

My husband and I found an Everstar rentel in Burbank. We filled out an application immediately after veiw the house, when we asked what all we needed the women told us we will cross that bridge when we get to it. The realtor would call every few days or we would end up calling her, figure to out what was needed and rush it over, which sucks based on their hours and my husbands crazy work schedule. On a Thursday at about 2:30 or 3 pm we were told we needed a cosigner, I talked to my father and he said he would think about it. I received a call at 11am the next morning telling me that I had to have my cosigner application in by 1pm or she was moving on to the applicant. WHAT! I didnt even get 24 hours to bring in the application after finding out we needed a cosigner, thats B.S. After my father filled out the application he had to return to work so my mother unsuccessfully tried to fax it over. My uncle had recently passed and my sister has a very rare disease which allows us to go to a special Silverwood event that happened to be on that day which we had been planning for, for about a month and deserved a bit of fun. My mother asked the realtor if she could get it to her on Monday, to the womens apparent snotty reply of yes but if it got there after 1pm she was still moving on to the applicant.

Very dissatisfied with Vera Owens lack of communication with any matters at hand I was given no warnings and shes having me removed all during a holiday season I know what Im not giving thanks for is her lack of professionalism.
