I used their virtual office service for several years and was very happy with them. They were always helpful and accommodating and their prices are lower than other places that offer virtual offices. I would definitely use them again

Wonderful Building Manager & front desk staff!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here as a tenant when I was in Tri-Cities. The staff was amazing and always super helpful. The building manager made the whole process simple and easy. She definitely went above and beyond for me and my business. If you are thinking about renting office space here, do it... you wont regret it!

CCHES is a wonderful and professional office building offering a numerous amount of amenities for every professional need. The staff is wonderful and very friendly and always willing to help to the best of their ability! Very great place!

The building is very accommodating with three large conference rooms (with video conferencing capabilities), and three smaller ones, to facilitate your meeting needs - along with coffee and water for your meeting. There is an elevator for your convenience and push button front doors for handicap accessibility. The front desk staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. It is a quiet and professional building with great views.

A great helpful and pleasant staff. Nice conference rooms. Flexibility in what arrangement you want as to the amount of services. Staff can answer your phone when you or your staff are unavailable.

CCHES filled our needs perfectly. The facility is modern, clean, professional and offers many very nice amenities. The conference rooms were very helpful for interviews and training. The location is super convenient with lots of parking and having easy, secure 24/7 access was great.We were so sad that our business direction changed as we so enjoyed working out of this great building. The staff is wonderful and we will miss CCHES!
