Wow! These guys do great work, and speedy also. Our yard never looked so good. They trimmed up all the bushes and trees, pulled weeds, and cleaned everything up. It wouldve taken us weeks to do the work.

This is my second time using one of their products, this time I ordered bulk river rock. Their price is cheaper than the others. It wasn’t my first choice because the rock that I wanted is almost out and I need 3 yards max. Laurie helped me decide which rock would be a perfect replacement and was patient with me. The delivery day and time was also convenient to me and they were in a right time frame that I was expecting my order would come. The driver drop my 3 yards of river rock in a neat manner, it wasn’t scattered nor occupied the whole 3rd spot of our driveway. I will definitely recommend this business to my friends.

As a member of the Tri-City Rose Society Ive worked with Laurie for many years. Heritage Nursery was always a major supporter for our Annual Rose Show and they were always there to help support us in fundraising efforts and providing programs for our meetings. As an individual consumer, my past purchases from the Heritage Nursery years are still healthy and prolific! Now that it is just Landscaping and Maintenance, we care for our yard with the bark mulch. Put a request for landscaping and patio quote from this business! I did receive a call and an appointment. The gentleman showed up not prepared at all. Asked me to email him the dimensions of my house and property and he would come back to measure everything! What hell did you come to my house if you are not going to give me a quote for my job. I sent him over the information he needed via email and then the company ghosted me! I guess my job was not big enough for them to give me a quote. I do not recommend this company at all and I will never do business with them again. I found a better company and they actually started doing work that I requested.

I have always received professional service from Heritage. I have spoke with Laurie many times on the phone over the last couple of years to get bulk materials delivered. Kevin is always the one that delivers and always professional and engaging on what ever project we are working on at the time. I will use Heritage again and again for all my bulk material needs.

My husband and I are very happy with the outcome of the landscaping. They builta fire pit area with retaining wall, leveled grass area and added sod, edged, and installed a meandering creek bed. After getting bids and meeting with three companies we know without a doubt we made the right choice by choosing to have Heritage do our landscaping. We worked with Matt to come up with the design and he was very patient while we revised the plan multiple times and even added on last minute. Matt was easy to work with and we appreciated his flexibility and professionalism.Also the crew that was here working, Daniel, Andy, Eric and Jaime was excellent. They were hardworking, professional, and respectful. They are excellent at what they do and if we need something adjusted or added in the future we would request they be the crew that was sent.We would choose heritage again if we wanted more landscaping or to add anything.

Horrible company to work for as they pay new employees the same if not more than what they pay employees that have been there 5+ years. Please look else where for your services as they’ll probably turn out better due to the fact the turn over rate is ridiculously high at this company and they have inexperienced workers and save yourself the trouble.

Excellent follow up on order, perfect timing on delivery as promised

I called and spoke to Laurie for the purpose of getting some decorative bark for our yard...not a particularly big job. Notwithstanding the fact that it was not a big job, the level of customer service was excellent. And Kevin, the delivery person, was every bit as professional and personable. It was a pleasure to deal with them. They are wonderful representatives of Heritage.

We have always done business with them since we moved here 4 years ago and I find them to be very helpful and reasonably priced. Also the staff is very friendly and responsive. Products and good quality also. We really like them.

We had 2 yards of gravel delivered. Laurie was very responsive in scheduling the delivery and Kevin the delivery guy was very professional. I was actually amazed at how close he got to where I needed the gravel because there were several obstacles.

I appreciated their patience when we had to change the delivery date. They were flexible and got the delivery set for the next open spot. The driver was on time and very courteous

The field crews are not professional and and slack off when they maintain the back area of apts. They dont know how to properly use a weed whacker; they hack the grass edges, pivot and tear up grass, leave lawn debris all over sidewalks, and when leaf blowers are used they dont pay attention to their surroundings; like when residents are walking to/from their car to their building.

We contacted Heritage for playground chips for under our kids play set. They were very accommodating and great at communicating back and forth with me. The driver contacted me directly to discuss the delivery, and time changes. Overall I was extremely pleased with my experience with Heritage and would use their services for future needs.

The employees blew away all of the mulch I had just spread over my garden and laughed when I told them to stop blowing debris into my rabbit hutch with their leaf blowers. They are rude, disrespectful human garbage. I would never recommend this company to anyone unless you like throwing money away.

We called and talked to Randy on the phone about some tree removal and different types of trees we could purchase from this nursery and also maintenance on one of our other trees. He said he’d be available anytime in that day. We called a few hours later when we were free and he said he had gotten busy so he’d get back to us that afternoon. Well afternoon came and went with no call. So I called back. He apologized and said he’d be out the next day. We agreed on a time. That time and went without so much as a phone call. We will be taking our business elsewhere. There are multiple nurseries in the tri-cities with the same product that value their customers and can keep appointments.

I had an experience with this company while they working for Oxford Suites. The gentleman parked is work truck directley in the way of my U Haul. When i asked to move he told he couldnt move the truck for 2 hours because he was busy. It took me having to call the corporate office and waste 30 minutes just to get the truck moved. What a horriable way to repersent the brand!

I had purchased a lemon plant assortment from them. Looked on their website and found out they had changed to only commercial landscaping. No more retail.

Heritage staff were not knowledgable and provided misinformation regarding the cost of sprinkler blowouts. Then I never received a bill until 5 mo. later for nearly twice as much and a threat to report me to a credit agency. Verify any conversations with a written estimate. Their rates are exhorbitant! The sprinkler blowout rates out about $130/hr!I will not recommend them to anyone.

While snow plowing they were yelling a flipping off customer cars at the maveriks gas station. Very unprofessional employees.

Have a contract with this company and I had to do extra to get snow off our walk ways. Other places go far and beyond and shovel walk way. This winter storm we had sucked. it wasnt fun to fix there mistake.
