I hadnt ever been in before but I needed my wedding ring repaired and a friend recommended Touchstone. They were able to fix my ring right away. They did a great job at a very good price. I like that they could repair it in house. The associate that helped me said that I could come by anytime to have my ring cleaned and polished for free. I didnt buy the ring from them, but after only a $30 transaction, they consider me their customer to take care of. Thats great customer service.

Touchstone is great! I have used them for multiple purchases. Bought my wifes engagement ring 💍 there. And this morning her diamond fell out and was lost. It was a hard and emotional morning. We got in the car drove to Touchstone and within an hour she picked out a new ring. And they will be repairing her original ring for sentimental reasons. I had been wanting to get her a new one for our anniversary this year anyways so the diamond 💎 falling out was the sign we needed to get her new one now. The ladies were beyond helpful! My wifes ring had not been off in 4 years and was on tight. They even helped us get her old ring off. The highest level of customer service around. Extremely cooperative staff. Jewelry purchase went very smoothly. I needed new stones set in a custom piece, and all my options were clearly explained. I would come back.

Needed the prongs straightened on my platinum ring. They did such a great job. They were pretty badly bent and the jeweler on-site was able to straighten them and got it back the next day. It’s now so shiny and diamond is secure. It was $40 to straighten them. The store in the mall wanted to charge $115 to have them straightened and then came back saying they couldn’t and needed to replace the entire head. So glad I got a second opinion. Will for sure be back.

The ring is undeniably amazing. Most amazing customer service. I walked into the facility and was greeted right away. I explained that my daughter passed away 7 years ago and this is the ring I gave her when she was 16 and when she passed i put it on the same finger. It was dirty and broken and I did not purchase it from them as I just moved here.
