The manager was very professional and I got free jewerly for applying for credit which I also got a very high limit. I didnt feel pressured and I appreciated that. Wonderful service!!
HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED. My husband has bought quite a few things from them including my wedding rings. I also have a necklace from them, and its under warranty. I sent it off for the 3rd time(my 6 month old loves to pull on it), and I went to go pick it up and they asked for the slip or my ID(I didnt bring inside). I understand its all for my protection, but the other 2 times I got it by answering security questions and describing the necklace to a T. The lady at the front desk was extremely snotty about it. I would think being a high end jewelry store they would all be on the same page for customer service reasons. I never get calls letting me know my jewelry is back either. If I could return it all and go else where I would. I definitely wont be going back to make any NEW purchases, just use my free every 6 month cleanings, and use my warranty when needed!!Update!!! 1/10/18NEVER AGAIN will we purchase from here. I faithfully have my things inspected every April and October, I went to get my necklace back from repairs, and asked to have my other two earrings cleaned along with my wedding band. She found a stone missing on my ring. Looks up the history and tells me it’s only been inspected 2x since we bought it! 😡😡😡 amd tells me “it’s honestly really cheap over it replaced. $40.” I told her no!! Why do I spend thousands here, and buy your lifetime warranty? And you want to charge me 40$???? She offered to charge $20 😡 sooo livid!!!! I shouldn’t have to pay anything!! I take good care of my things!!!
I am very pleased with the customer service I was provided! I bought two wedding bands to go with my engagement ring that My husband had purchased from zales. When I dropped my rings off to be soldered together they mentioned a cost to replace the missing sapphire and I let them know that I would have to pay zales to replace it under warranty. But wasn’t happy with zales customer service. Miss continuation happened and when I went to pick it up they had replaced the stone for me and since I didn’t request it they decided not to charge me. My ring looks absolutely stunning again, the solder job looks flawless. I can’t speak enough about how great their customer service and work is. I truly feel like they care about their customers and that shows. They will forever be “ my jewelery store”. Very happy with Westfield!!
Went in there and the guy got up right away to help me. not like other jewelry stores. yeah im young and i look like i dont have money. but shiit i bought something because he didnt low ball me like all the others. and he showed respect just the way he acted
If i could give it 0 stars, i would...NEVER buy from weisfields....my husband got me a wedding ring..spent almost 1000.00 on it....got it appraised.....was only worth 35.00.....
