You know you never know what a good title company is until you encounter a poor one. Currently refinancing through a different title company and I miss the friendly efficient people at Stewart title. No problems here and everyone was very professional.

Worst title company ever.....!!!!I know most people consider title companies to be the same, and do not look up reviews of the company. Generally, I agree with that analysis until I ran into Stewart Title of Tri-Cities. They have the worst customer service, and yelled at me over the phone for expressing a concern about their borderline illegal practice.No need to get into the details here, but I sincerely hope that people look at all the reviews here and save yourself the legal headache and avoid this company completely.

I have used Jessica Jackman for my entire real estate career. She makes time for me and my clients, even after hours. She answers all my questions. Whenever I have encountered any issues, she made sure to get everything promptly corrected.
