Literally will never go anywhere else to rent uhaul. Best place, and most honest in tri cities 100%.

They rent everything! Whether it is for weddings, partys, large events, aeration, new irrigation install, trenchers, mini-excavators, and tractors they have got it. The staff is very friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I would definitely recommend them.

I’m only giving one star because no stars Isnt an option. We picked up a dingo (possibly the first dingo ever) and it immediately threw a track, we returned it for another and it did the same thing. There equipment is old as dirt and they charge the same price as if it was new top of the line functional equipment. Save your money and go to sun rentals or united rentals this place is absolutely garbage.

I was recently maid of honor in a wedding who hired this company to provide tables, chairs and a dance floor for their outdoor wedding. We were told that everything would be dropped off by noon the day before the wedding, which was perfect because it gave us a chance to set up prior to the rehearsal. However, noon came and went and they had not arrived. We called and were told that we were next on the list, but that it might be a couple of hours. Ok, no problem - sh*t happens - I get it. We didn’t receive the drop off of equipment until many hours later.. after the rehearsal, and after dark... at 8 pm. This resulted in an early morning “all hands on deck” scramble for the bridal party and family to set up the equipment on what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable wedding morning.After setting everything up, several chairs were broken upon arrival and one piece of the dance floor had not arrived and was missing. We called again and they delivered one to us hours later, but right in the nick of time. However, we were not given any help or instructions so the dance floor shifted apart throughout the night, resulting in the mother of the bride losing her footing and falling down.I gave them two stars because the girl I spoke with in the office was super friendly and I do believe she felt bad and wanted to help.Overall, this was not at all a great experience and I would not recommend this company to a friend.

I needed to ship a picture to my son, who is living in Japan. Ben was very helpful. I was able to purchase a picture box to ship it in, and he took the time out of his busy schedule to help me wrap the picture in bubble wrap and get it ready to ship. The staff is amazing, excellent customer service and the items are inexpensive too. I rented a cotton candy maker from them. It was very easy to use and super easy to clean (which I thought was gonna be a nightmare). I would definitely rent from them again!

Seemingly not in the business as advertised...I arrived at 7:50 am with an online reservation for a car dolly at 8:00 am in hand. I backed up to the car dolly and went inside to finalize the paperwork. I was greeted with a warm, friendly smile, but told I could not have the trailer. That one was reserved for another customer coming in later in the afternoon.They did have another car dolly on site, but it had a broken tail light and could not be hired out. I asked about the car hauler in their lot, but apparently it is prone to break downs and restricted to less than 50 miles round trip (I needed for 90 miles round trip).The best they could do was refer me to their competitor who had working and dependable equipment.Thanks for the smile.

These guys were great. I walked in right after they closed (i didnt know they were closed) and he was more than happy to still help me. They were very friendly, helpful and fast service.

Very disappointed. They didnt have the trailer I reserved on line (broken tail light) and refused to rent out the in stock car hauler because owner doesnt want it to go out of town. I left and chose to go to the Pasco u-haul who gave us 25% discount for inconvenience.

This rental place IS AWFUL. First off, they were late showing up, like VERY late. And they were paid to set up a tent, 7 tables and 50 chairs. But no, they just set up the tent and we had to set up ALL tables and chairs and said that was not included with them so we had to do that ourselves. And they were VERY unprofessional talking to my mother. The dude setting up was talking about his daughter (he was setting up for my Sweet 16 party, my mom mentioned it was their first time hosting one) and this guy said that he has her daughter’s coming up, she is 11 and he “thinks his daughter is about to start her menstrual cycle and that she is moody and talks back.” Then he proceeded to talk about his girlfriend, like WHAT?!? Why would you talk and embarrass your daughter and girlfriend like that to a stranger who is a female?! Very dissatisfied.

Can not even describe how unprofessional and the absolute worst people to deal with. Just don’t even consider them if you’re planning a special event. The time and even the day you plan for is not important to them. They’ll just deliver whenever they can if they run into any inconvenience even if you book a few months in advance. It was suppose to be set up any time from 8am - 4pm, it’s 7pm and they’re still waiting for the rest of the stuff to come in so they can finish setting up

The service was excellent. The staff was professional and friendly. The tools were in great condition and would definitely recommend to anybody. Will be back soon!

We needed to get our van inspected to see if it could handle a trailer, and the woman working there was very helpful and polite!

Bunch of crooks. Charged my parents account 51 dollars almost 2 weeks after we returned uhaul then said they didnt even tho the bank had the transaction on the account. Bank refunded the money.

I rented a cement buggy and picked it up Wednesday evening 5pm or so. I had cement coming in at home Thursday at 7am and was not going to be able to get buggy in the morning since they open at 7am. We poured 7 yards in my back yard of cement to extend patio. Cement buggy holds 1/2 a yard per trip from the front to the back of my yard. On the third trip the gas throttle line ripped right off. So the buggy was useless to us. We had to wheel barrell 5 yards of concrete and we went over by 30min and I was charged per minute for taking longer then allowed too. I called AtoZ about the situation and they came to fix buggy but we were done with the back cement so there was no need for the buggy. They would not refund the $200 I paid. They only decided to refund me $60. So I got stuck paying $150 for something that did not work when I needed it and also paid around $100 for taking to long since I could not use the buggy the cement truck was there 40 minutes longer since we had to wheel barrell. I am very unhappy with the service and will not be doing business with this company anymore.

Horrible experience. Had to go to a diffendif u haul due to several listed trailers not as advertised. What a waist of time....

Number 1 place to rent they will do everything to help out.. for sure I recommend to everyone 😊
