Rented a scaffold from Home Depot, the pieces didn’t assemble together...They gave me the wrong scaffold...I was very specific when I told them what I needed...I rented for 24 hrs and returned it at 8hrs...I called to let them know what was going on and they asked to bring it back, I let them know I couldnt leave work to bring back scaffold...when I came in to bring back scaffold I explained the situation but customer service was very rude and said I should have brought it back right away...I let them know I had already explained I couldn’t leave work, I asked to talk to the manager and he was absolutely rude...didn’t care about what I was explaining...the cost to rent was $52.18 and I was charged the full amount, even though I returned it 8hrs later (the rented time was 24hrs) and the parts did not assemble together...would NOT recommend to rent at Home Depot...

Rented tools for our business right when they first started their tool rentals here, we didnt get them back in time but they were friendly and didnt charge us any extra time.
