I was satisfied with the quality of work and the time it took to repair. However I was disappointed to find out after the repair was completed that my phone was no longer water resistant as a result of the repair. This was not brought to my attention before hand in writing or verbally. The new screen does not adhere to the phone body in the same way and apparently does not fully seat into the frame.

Raul let me bring in my phone late one night to see why it was not working correctly. After testing it, he determined that it needed a battery, which he carefully replaced and it has worked like a new phone every since. I’m not sure what the gentleman’s name was that was assisting my wife and I, but the other day we went in with our kids to get my wife’s IPhone 6s battery replaced. The guy helping us was fairly young looking but he was an amazing help! He was able to laugh and joke around with the kids and even answer there questions they had on the most random stuff. That’s not it! A battery replacement is 69.99 but that day they had a 10$ off online scheduled appointments. So 59.99 essentially, but when we got the bill and went to pay it was lowered down yet another 10$ too 49.99. So I just wanted to send a huge shoutout to Battery plus and their employees. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was very helpful and replaced my phone screen in about an hour, everything is working well now! They even explained to me what the found wrong with my phone and exactly how they fixed it. Im very grateful, and it was only $70.

Excellent service from the two gentleman that helped me here! The first time I had ever cracked my screen I brought it right in and they repaired it the same day in fact within 1.5 dropping off even with other phones to do. It was worth the money.

Great, thought my charging port needed replacing and I also needed a new screen. After a deep clean my charging port works and my screen works great. They didn’t even charge fir the cleaning if the charging port.

Good customer service, but associates seem to be in a hurry because the wrong color new screen was installed on my phone and the home button was not aligned properly. When I asked why, I was told they didn’t have the right color in stock. So why wasn’t I told that in advance instead of installing it without asking?? Now I’ll be making another trip back to the store when the right screen is in stock and I have time, to correct the mistake. To their credit, I was given a $10 discount as compensation.

Ask about an iPhone screen replacement. They said it would take an hour and a half, and it did. Price was a little steep I think, but what are you going to do. The replacement screen looks and feel like the original with no issues.

They were professionals and service was done quick. They replaced my battery on my note 8 and they said my battery was shot and thats exactly what it ended up being. The service was in the spendy side but I needed my phone back as soon as possible.
