The 2 nice young men that came to clean the carpets were very Professional and Knowledgeable. I also liked how they went all around the house with their black light and showed us all the areas that one of our dogs had been doing his business. Then suggested what we needed to use to clean the walls and how to clean the areas on my furniture. I will definitely use them again when its time to have our carpets cleaned. They definitely know what they are doing and I also liked that they didnt try to get us to get additional services that we didnt need. I was so Happy with the job that they had done that I gave them a tip. I will also be recommending them to all of my friends. Kya & Michael we’re on time and very friendly. They checked the house for pet stains with this special light, it was crazy seeing what was on the carpet! Before Novasteam came out to clean our carpets we had another company clean the carpets twice. After Novasteam was finished with our carpets it was like the other company hadnt done anything, so much dirt and chemicals were left in the carpets that were pulled out by the Novasteam crew. I had Novasteam come clean and seal the grout on our tile floors. In some areas the grout was black from so much dirt over time. I was amazed how clean the grout is now! The service person told me that sometimes the dirt/stain is in there so deep it won’t come out. There were very few spots like that and they were in the kitchen. It’s probably stains. My floors look new! I am very pleased. The service person was very professional and polite. He answered every question I had to my satisfaction. My shower did not come as clean as I was hoping, but I was told that might happen depending on how bad it was. The grout came clean but many of the tiles along the edges still have build up on them. Also, I noticed that my wood floors had shoe prints where he had walked with the cleaner or something on them. I just mopped the wood floors and it came right up. I was worried it might be permanent if it was the sealer solution. But all in all I am very pleased. I would definitely use their service again.

Had my 1 year old carpets cleaned and they look and smell brand new! We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and a crazy kid so it can get dirty but I was shocked at HOW MUCH came out of this carpet! I saw Novasteam on a Facebook ad running a special on 3 rooms. My carpets could use a good clean, but my real worry was my sofa. I bought a big ol sectional in May, just 4 months ago and my 6 lil terrors WREKT it! It had ink stains, ice cream spills, coffee spills, wine spills (ok, so that one was me), pee spots from the bab taking off his diaper faster than we could grab him, etc. Kids are fast, sneaky, and messy.So Auntie said shed sponsor my sofa cleaning. Then she heard about the 3 room deal and said shed sponsor the carpets too! Yeah, I know, Im spoiled by by darling Auntie.Novasteam responded to all of my messages quickly when I was asking about pricing and scheduling, arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment, and was completely NOT intimidated by six kids worth (and one occasionally tipsy mamas worth) of carpet and sofa sludge. He was very encouraging and up front about which stains he figured would come out easily and which he was doubtful would come out with anything less than a literal miracle. I dig honesty. He got right down to work & knocked out everything as quickly as one man could! He even squeezed in the area rug for just a little more. He was great working with and around the kids and Id definitely use them again!

We had an old cat that had difficulty using the litter box, and hated visitors to our home. He had been with us 18 years so I did what I could to keep up. When novasteam came they had a lot of work to catch up with. They used a strong % hydrogen peroxide and got it all! My carpets look new again and my house smells clean, not like chemicals or damp dog. Very happy customer.

This company has the highest quality equipment to clean your carpets. Quick and professional. For instance, there is a pee treatment they use for bad areas. They soak it controlled deep into the carpet and to a special extraction process. The owner is very personable, exactly how you want a company to act and represent themselves.

Our floors are like new and our house smells so wonderful. He went through all the precautions and impressed us thoroughly with a beautiful final product. We will be using Novasteam again. They removed all spots and stains with ease and removed loads of urine that was in the carpet, they warned us about remaining smell and told us to call them back if the smell came back and a couple areas had some minor odor left, we called them and they responded promptly and removed the remaining smell for free. Love their customer service and quality of work. A good honest company!

Rant: We’ve been using Zerorez for several years and their quality has greatly declined (carpets got loaded with residue and became dark after a month! 😡) and the service technicians have become WAY less professional over the last 2 years. Clearly they have a training issue.Rave: A friend recommended Novasteam after I made a post on Facebook, all I have to say is WHY DIDN’T WE FIND THIS COMPANY SOONER!!?? They are simply amazing! Very professional from start to finish, thorough walk-through with exceptional knowledge, detailed cleaning, and the result was so much better than Zerorez has ever done for us. I had severe pet issues and I heard Novasteam was the best in town from my friend that was very happy with them on some odor removal jobs. They arrived on time and they were professional and friendly. They quickly diagnosed all the trouble spots and went to work. They had to do several different removal processes and they made the carpet look fantastic! They warned us there would be some lingering smells and to call back if anything returns, 2 trouble areas returned and when I messaged them they found me the next available spot and came back out and removed the leftover odors for free!
