I just bought a new house and the first thing I did was have Heavens Best out to clean my carpets. I scheduled an appointment after my expected closing date but the house didn’t close on time. I called and talked to Jessica and she was great. She got me all fixed up with a new appointment.I was very happy with David the gentleman who came and did the actual work. He did a great job and actually got a bunch of spots out I expected to be there till I replace the flooring. He was courteous and efficient and I look forward to his next visit.I will definitely use Heavens Best again and think you will be very happy with the work they do and the service they give.

Im sad to say my husband and I didnt get the experience we expected. We had them come out and shampoo about 2,200 Sq. Ft of carpet only to have them return for a second time to try and get the stains out they missed. We just bought our house and the owners before us didnt take care of the carpet. As we started moving stuff in I noticed more and more stains that were missed. How can you miss stains that are clearly visible?? They were hard and crispy (as if no one had actually tried to get the stains out). I paid a sum of money just for someone to come in and run a shampooer over my carpet. Had I known thats what this business was all about I would have gone with someone else. I could have done the job myself renting a shampooer from a local store in town. Not to mention I was quoted a cheaper price over the phone, they had even called me back to let me know it was going to be cheaper because our house was empty but when they showed up we were charged 80 dollars more because they forgot to add the dinning room? I read the reviews on this site and thought it was a good place to go with. I always read reviews and usually my chances turn out pretty good. I hope someone finds this helpful in the future 😆

Was so pleased with Heavens best carpet cleaning, the scheduling person was proffesional and attentive. The carpet cleaner was personable, did great work and got our carpets cleaner than we expected. So impressed with the staff and the end result. The pricing was more than fair. Can not recomend enough.

I called in the recommendation of afriend. Next day service because of a cancellation, Dan was on time which I appreciated since I had taken the morning off of work. He was very clear on how my previous attempts to get stains out may have actually set them. Also pointed out that the wear patterns of our old carpet would still be there (color differences). Could not have asked for better customer service, results, or price.

Pat Hanford cleaned our carpets in 2 high traffic office areas at Rattlesnake Mountain Harley-Davidson/Ridenow and the difference it made is amazing. What a beautiful job Danny from Heavens Best did on my carpet. He measured thoroughly, vacuumed, and pre-treated the heavily soiled areas. This house is 11 years old and in the middle of the Dust Bowl of the world. The carpet looks brand spanking new. Not only was he very professional in his carpet cleaning, but Danny is also a very personable and genuine young man. You have a good employee in Danny.
