The staff was great to work with and very responsive to us when we contacted them for assistance in drying out our carpet after a toilet overflowed. My issue came from the services advertised but not provided. The website shows that they offer restoration when they in fact dont offer that. They refer you to another contractor to do this and you must contact them for the restoration. I didnt realize this until they had already done the drying part as it was never clear to me that restoration wasnt apart of their job.

We had a flood and we’re so very desperate for help in the clean up. They came to help and it seemed like we would have the support we needed. They lost items, sent them across the state and they never cleaned them. We were assured that our items would be cared for and they were not. I’ve spent way too much time trying to get them to do their job. Frustrating to be in the middle of such a chaotic and stressful time and have a company who’s job is to assist, in reality only make it more difficult.

Paulino Hernandez and his partner (didn t catch his name) were on time, courtious and were able to keep us well informed throughout the process. It took a few days to get the job done, but that wasnt their fault. The water had saturated the floor quite a bit and took a few days to dry. They checked on the progress every day and when it was finished, Mr. Hernandez was able to inform us on the next steps to take and what to expect. Thank you for your service and advice.

Servpro was a life saver for us! No one wants to be sitting at lunch and have water dripping from the ceiling after our washing machine flooded, but Brian responded so quickly with tons of equipment and made a nightmare of a situation manageable!! He arrived an hour earlier than we were told to expect after hours and we were so very grateful when he pulled up!! He explained everything and kept us fully informed the entire time! Brooklyn is very sweet to work with on the phone! We walked away with much less damage than I could have imagined due Im sure to their prompt and thorough response.

I was very disappointed by this company for the delay on their estimate but Lisa called me and explained the situation and helped me right away, also I want to mention that I had to used another companies to do the first job since they didn’t give me the estimated on time and it was a lot more expensive, SEVPRO finish the last Part of the job on time and with good quality, I wish they didn’t have the problems they had to give me the estimated on time so they could do the whole job and save me some money,I recommend this company if you want to have a fast response, quality job and save money

Vince has come out and cleaned up my store from the pipes in the mall multiple times. He always comes in cleans up super quickly and makes sure everything is extremely cleaned and sanitized. He is super awesome and does a really great job when he’s at my store helping with clean up! I hope he is the one that keeps coming out to help every time the pipes flood.

Had Brian from Servpro come out to assess some water damage after we had a leak. He was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Based upon my personal experience I found each of the individuals that I dealt with to be exceptionally professional and thorough.Petra was the young lady tasked with the difficult task of cleaning all of the fire and smoke effected areas of the home. There are not enough superlative adjectives to describe the tremendously immaculate every inch was left in a simply superlative condition and appearance. My obsessive/compulsive cleaning mother would have been thrilled God rest her soul. I would highly recognize these people to place one in a better position than before the disaster associated with fire or any other misfortune. I would rate them as an 11 on a ten point scale.

We had a soot issue in our house an our adjuster sent them a request for service. They called me 20 min later on a Saturday! They came on Monday an did an evaluation an then the girls came on Tue to start cleaning. My house looks amazing !! They were here for a week an a half an Petra was so friendly an the hardest worker!! She only braked 10 min for lunch each day!! If you find yourself in need if this type of service call Servpro an be sure to request Petra!!!

I do work for this company so you can take my review with that in mind however I want to say I am honored to be a part of this company. This is an amazing group of people who have so much heart and they truly care about the customers along with the employees. Dave Smith has shown time and time again that he has integrity and a heart of gold. Servpro came out today to inspect our crawl space for moisture issues. Thankfully, they found none! Matyo and Vince were awesome and set my mind at ease. Both gentlemen were respectful and wore their masks when I met them at the door to ensure my comfort. I appreciate the Servepro team! Thanks!!!

I had a flood and servepro responded. They get 1 star for that. We they came out I was told many things that sounded like I was going to get a great cleaning. Instead they ripped my floor out and kicked sawdust everywhere, they didnt put a tarp down over my carpet carried my toilet out with water that was left in it across my carpet and tracked the saw dust thru my capet. I told them twice to put a tarp down. They responded with we will put booties on. 2 guys left the job and two new guys came back to finish the job. They didnt turn the water off and the water continued to drip from the sink hose and toilet hose. They cut an electric outlet plug and left the exposed live wire hanging. I later supplied the wire nuts and made them put them on. The told me they were not plumbers or ekectricians and its my responsibilty. They did not take the insulation out and told me they did. So they came back out to remove the insulation and low and behold I had water sitting under it all. Then I asked them to clean up their sawdust. It took them 2 more trips out to do this. The last guy tried with his shop vac and told me it was too hot so he would try with his hands. I finally told them to get their things and leave. I went in with my shop vac and it took me all of 15 minutes to clean up the saw dust. Called another company to finish the job and found the cut thru an asbestos flooring. So that dust is everywhere. What a headache. So when they say yes we can do that and we will reinstall that. They lie.

I have a home staging business and a warehouse that is about 3000 ft.². Over the years your furniture tends to pick up different smells. Dave personally came and assessed my situation and explain to me the process. I called Brooklyn at the office probably way too many times… Sorry 😘Without hesitation I would recommend Servpro. They were professional and personable and the job was done within hours! One of our Class A commercial buildings had a pipe break outside and it flooded through the brick exterior causing a work delay for our tenants. ServPro was on site that same day and cleaned up the damage in a very impressive amount of time, our tenants were able to return to work the next morning! My back yard sprinkler was broken and a lots of water came to under house.I got panic and call few company. She was nice person I spoken Brooklyn from Servpro, she was explain what they will do and what is plan to do in the future. I had many questions and they did explain very well. When Vince from Servpro, he also really did nice job and help us.Im learning English person so I had many question for them but they were so patient, I really appreciate their help.

I was super excited when I contacted this company for a quote for repairs. But they were nothing but misleading. We went over what repairs we wanted done over the phone and was told they would send someone right away to fix it. We explained that we first wanted a quote as we do not just have an open checkbook and think about how we spend our funds.. The guy they sent out was great and personable and explained we would be getting a quote shortly. Then we received a call the following week saying that they had some extra time and wanted to send someone to fix it we explained we had not received a quote yet and wanted a price before repairs were done. The girl went over the quote on the phone and we were surprised at how low the cost was and asked if it was for the full repair work and she said yes they had people on staff and needed the work so of course we said sure send them out. My husband even put her on speaker and went over it again with me because I was Leary. The 2 guys that came were very nice, however the repair was to fix a spot in our sheetrock that had leaked from our ac it was about the size of one panel. Apparently they were only there to cut a bigger hole and leave and not fix anything. Apparently they do multiple quotes one for each step???? We called and talked to the manager (Dave Smith) we were bad people and he had looked up our history online and he knew what kind of people we were and that he would never do business with us again so he didnt want to hear what we had to say and he was sending a bill immediately? Found that extremely interesting Servpro do you really google stalk your customers? Thats sad and scary and btw you might not want to believe what you read online which I am not sure what you were even reading considering we have very good credit history and run a reputable company and your employees were all smiles and explained how awesome we were and even took some pictures to show you of an old car we had because you loved old cars. I know your reviews did not coincide with the service we received. The issue could have been corrected if you just said sorry for the misunderstanding and went over a solution to get the matter fixed. You obviously miscommunicated, I understand trying to get some business to help with your over staffing issue for that week as I also plan the staffing for our company and have to find work for employees when we are overstaffed. The employees that did the work were not at fault the issue was the office staff not listening to questions and explaining things we would have never agreed to like $300 to cut a hole in our ceiling with a Sawzall. I could definitely did that myself and the quote I received was $684. Which I never even did get a copy to see if that was really true and when I called back asking for the original quote she gave me 3 different numbers and could not produce it so makes me think it was just made up. You also did Asbestos testing in a house built after asbestos was used with no proof the test was even completed? Shame on you Dave Smith. Hopefully your heart will grow this Christmas.

Had a great experience with Servpro! They rushed to my house on a Sunday in extreme weather to take care of a snow related disaster inside my home. They were fast, efficient and we couldnt be happier! Thanks guys and gals!!

I would not recommend this company. The contractor they have is very nice and knowledgeable but he is only one experienced guys spread way to thin. We were given a timeframe of three weeks and it took 4 months and is still unfinished. We finally gave up because we were tired of dealing with the unprofessional management team and decided to finish the work ourselves and just pay them off and be done with it all! The management is not honest and very defensive.

Dave the owner. Extremely rude and defensive. Manager Michelle needs better training on customer service and also is very defensive. I don’t understand this company one bit. The techinician that came over had no idea what he was doing and basically told us it’s better if you did it yourself? Than went back to his headquarters and made a huge lie. This company shouldn’t be allowed to stay open any longer in Tri-cities I could only imagine how much more damage they have caused to others. Dave is your reading this, yes this is FINAL.

Worst service ever.!!They dont even do the service, be careful because if they get to your house with youre “free estimate” in 2-3 days you will receive a bill saying a ridiculous amount of money, and then if you call to ask them about it they will start being super defensive and repeat that they will send you to collections for a service that they never did...IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY A CALL AT ALL....!!! Super poor costumer service!!
