I was on my way to an appointment and thought that Id stop for a quick wash, I didnt realize this was the kind of place that would take your vehicle while you wait outside it. I told the attendant that I didnt realize that and that I would go somewhere else later. She proceeded to call me names, chase me out of the parking lot recording and screaming that I had drugs in my car. Would never recommendGoing somewhere with such an unprofessional and unstable person trusted to handle my vehicle

8/19/21Before I went here, my key was in great condition, when I got done, it was broke, as you see in the pictures.I will NEVER go to this place again, the guys were disrespectful, the 2 ladies inside did not care that they broke my key and were disrespectful to me, they need to pay for my new key!

Go use any automatic wash around the Tri-cities. For as much space as that washing sytem takes up it missed dirt around the back wheels of a compact SUV, it took twice as long, and finally you have someone else mucking about your cabin.Hard pass when easier, quicker, and more effective options exist.

Everyone was super nice and explained all the services to me and the process. It was my first time going there and I will definitely be back.

Our truck wasnt clean and I honestly feel like they did a sloppy job. I paid $35 to think they would do a fantastic job. But nope I was disappointed and the manager wasnt any help also. I wouldnt come here again. Maybe others may like it but I personally dont.

I take 4 vehicles here often and in my expieriance when u are not satisfied with the job they graciously make it right. I have gone her for a couple yeats now and find it to be one of the best washes in tri cities. Thank you!

Personable staff. Love that my car gets awipe down so many other places have gone touch free and my car would always have water spots. Here I dont have that problem.

Still a good value, paid to have tire shine which was not performed and still had water spots on the window after the hand dry. I will give them another shot and hope it was just an off day.

A little disappointed this time. The windows were streaked and cloudy especially driving in the setting sun. They did not use any kind of spray, just cloths to wipe the windows.

They did a good job cleaning the family vehicle. I have 3 kids they dirtied my van up pretty bad plus there was lots of dog hair and melted candy. My only complaint is I had my middle seats folded in and they didnt take them put and clean them or the stow and go area either. The parts they cleaned amazing top notch work. They got old paint and bad spills cleaned up looks pretty much brand new. Would recommended to a friend. Pricing is fair.

Best place in the Tri-Cities to get your car taken care of!

Theyre posted hours do not mean thats when theyre actually open. Its more of a were more likely to be open during this time, kind of thing.Also, they do a decent cleaning on your car but, they will leave your windshield horribly smeared EVERY time, without fail. So, dont drive facing the sun immediately following a visit here.Still, WAY better than Mister car wash. (Those guys will screw you every chance they get.)

I’m a bit of a car wash connoisseur. I love my car. I’ve washed it myself, done my own detailing, used typical drive through car washes, even had a car wash membership. I happened to be in Kennewick on business and used this car wash, no idea how good they’d be. I initially thought their Supreme package at $30 might be a steep price, given what I’m used to paying. But in the end, I’d say what I got for $30 was about the same as what I’m used to getting for maybe $100-200. What they did was just shy of a full detail. And pretty quick too. I’d come back here in a heartbeat!

That was left on my front floors on my Matt they werent vacuumed on the Matt at all yo its junk left on the seat and on the door panels I was not impressed with this one and the owner did the vacuuming on the side that was the worst on the floors I feel that should do it again but my wife wouldnt let me go in and talk to them

Great place. My van is always clean. I got so tired of those other car washes where the automatic washer ALWAYS misses the back of my vehicle. These guys are great and quick. Super friendly staff and free popcorn. Plus the largest selection of air fresheners I have seen. Dont go anywhere else.

First time here. Probably the last. Had to get my truck hand washed because of the rack. I got home and the hood, the roof, spots arountvthe wheel wells and bumpers still had dirt. I returned and they rewashed it. Still had some dirt spots. Oh well. Live and learn.

Inconsistently do a good job of cleaning/dusting the inside of my car. So frustrating. I get in and wish I hadnt tipped as much. Still, they will always be better than Mister Car Wash.

Strong sprayers! The free popcorn was a nice bonus. The smell of warm butter give the lobby a cozy feel.

This place used to be great but I would suggest you avoid them now. Ive noticed a slip in the value for the dollar spent the last several times Ive taken my car there. But today my car was particularly dirty and hadnt been washed in a while. Went to Jiffy and forked out $26 for their top level SUPREME wash. I was sure that for that much money I would get a good wash. However, after driving away, I began to notice several problems with the interior of my car. The guy told me when I dropped it off that the supreme wash essentially means MORE time spent on the interior and extra attention to ensure a clean car. Well Im sad to say they took me for $26! The interior looked as if they simply dragged a towel over it lightly. Several areas of dust, dirt and grime remained that could easily have been wiped down with a little attention to detail. I wont be back.

Price not bad but was told my car was ready after getting the second from the top of the line wash and had to finish cleaning a huge amount of brake dust from my wheels. Was told that only the top of the line wash cleans wheels. I wont be back.

I got a coupon for a hand wax so I thought Id try them out, drove across town to have it done, service was ok until I showed the coupon and then the guy said I dont think were honoring that right now, the coupon was obviously good. He said do you want the service anyway, I said thats not right and he just walked off. Dont waste your time going here, from what I saw waiting they did a half ass job anyway, glad they didnt get any of my money and I hope they dont get yours, you will be disappointed if you do

Best place in town to get your vehicle clean

Went here one time after winter and my car came out with a huge scratch. After arguing for a bit I left with no resolution. Even after receiving free vouchers from radio contest I have never gone back. I paid for the top tier service and i must have just gone in on the wrong day. My interior dash was greasy, my car was sort of dry, and they put some mayo colored stuff all over my tires while they were still wet that it flung all over my wheels. I should have known better than to trust teenagers with my car.

So first of all, I see my car as my baby. It’s my #1 pride and joy. I never take my car to automatic washes and I haven’t since I bought the car a year ago, but I received 2 free quick washes and I thought I might as well give it a try, seeing how everyone else thought they went above and beyond. The plan was to get my car washed, then go back and get my boyfriends washed because I just don’t feel like washing them at home this week with how hot it is. I should’ve turned around and left when I saw the way one of the attendants was just jumping in cars and speeding around the parking lot, multiple times, but hey I wanted to see if it was worth it. The wash itself wasn’t terrible, I mean it was an $8 wash so I wasn’t expecting it to come out looking like a full new car because I know how much time it takes to get to that kind of clean. So I had some watermarks, wheels and tires still dirty, dirt on top of my car, etc. It wasn’t until I went to the store and came out actually inspecting my car that I almost lost it completely. The lip on my wheels (which are originally $550/each) were completely gone, nonexistent. Seriously deep grooves in my only 2 month old wheels, so of course I’m ready to throw a fit over that, and then I see paint missing so I keep checking it out, and I find out that there are little paint chips missing EVERYWHERE. I knew my car had rock chips in the bumper, so I let that slide, but my doors? All 4?? And chips of my headlight missing?? Nice. $8 for another $1100 I’m going to need to spend on wheels, and another $600 I need to spend on paint correction. I threw the other free wash away, because I don’t know a single person that hates their car enough to go through there. I also posted this to their Facebook page to try and get them to reach out to me, however they called me a liar and posted a petty status about me being dishonest. I did not go in for anything over than the free wash that was offered to me, and with how rare my car is and the color that I have/money put into it, I should not have stayed. Very disappointed in this “family owned” business.
