From first contact to actual installation was a little long but understandable with national conditions the way they are. Team that showed up for installation of new shower worked diligently and quickly. Total project took a little less than two days. Finished project is fantastic, cant wait to try it out (in 24 hours).

Very happy with the appearance of the installation of our bathtub and surrounding wall. It is hard to believe it was completed in one day. Hayden was very courteous and knowledgeable of the products he installed. We would recommend this service to anyone on a budget or even if you’re not on a budget. It looks like a very expensive remodel😊

New tub/ shower. surround. Absolutely gorgeous, what an incredible upgrade. Michael did an excellent job, came early, stayed late until it was done, even through some unforeseen sticky issues, no problem. poor guy drove home 2hrs after dark in the snow. He deserves a raise! The fixtures are gorgeous, the window was encased perfectly and is now waterproof. Comfortable tub. Quality work. We are super happy.

I want to share our experience with Bath Fitters of Kennewick, Washington. We had Randy come to our cabin in the Oregon Blue Mountains last fall to measure and give us an estimate. Due to our heavy snowfall the installation had to be postponed for several months. When I called to schedule the install Sharon was extremely helpful and got us on their schedule promptly. Our installer Hayden arrived promptly at 7:00am (after a 2 hour drive from the Tri-Cities). He was polite, professional and took extreme care to do a great job. He worked until after 10:30 pm and still had to drive home. Hayden cleaned up after himself leaving us with a beautiful new tub and sourround. Hayden does great work

I wouldn’t even rate them one star if I had the option! Will never use or refer them again!Installed showers upstairs and ruined our ceiling from downstairs with huge leakage problem! We finally stopped the leak, but has been 2 months and they have yet sent someone out to fix the issue. Was expecting great quality especially for the crazy price we paid but they ended up ruining a perfectly good ceiling which now have to deal with.
