I was stuck waiting for 30-plus minutes for a restroom at another business. I ran (in my emergency) to this place. The kind, handsome man with (in my humble opinion) GORGEOUS HAIR, was so kind and let me use their facilities. Not only was he so sweet and kind to a human in need, but he did so with such a genuine understanding. My love and appreciation go to them, and if his gorgeous silver is any indication of talent.....?? Yall GO! THIS SALON CARES AND DESERVES YOUR BUSINESS!!!

I went to another place and wanted a trim did NOT want layers and I ended up with a hack job of a hair cut. It was absolutely horrible. I made an appointment with Skyla and she did an amazing job fixing my hair. I was definitely afraid to let someone else cut my hair, but she had shown amazing confidence that made me have a little bit of trust in letting her fix my hair. She was very thorough and took her time, explained everything she was doing in great detail. Least to say I was definitely happy leaving and comfortable leaving my hair down and not put up. I’m so in love with it I could not possibly thank you enough! I will be coming back in the future and I do suggest others see her as well!

It was good to be able to get a haircut, and the place appears to be very serious about sanitizing things between appointments, which I found to be reassuring. Masks are required to enter.Youll need an appointment to get your haircut, but other then that, friendly folks are still there to keep your hair manageable.If you can manage it, consider giving them an extra large tip as they have to keep customer traffic lower than it was in the pre-COVID days.

I only go to Skyla love her shes great and always leaves her customer happy.

Shayla is awesome! She went beyond what I asked and did what I needed. I had eye surgery the day before and hadn’t washed my hair recently enough before the surgery. I need to not get water or dust in my eye for a while.Shayla clarified my hair to help the wash last longer. She also talked with me about the condition of my hair shafts. She cut my hair nicely so I can easily care for it.Thank you, Shayla!

I booked online and arrived on time for my 5:15 appointment. I walked in and was told they were closing at 530 and wouldnt be ae to cut my hair. I said I booked online and she said, sorry, I didnt notice, but we are closing in 15 minutes. Would you like to reschedule? I said no, I will go somewhere else. Terrible customer service, I will not support them again.

This weekend is my anniversary, was looking a little unkept. Wanted to get a walk in hair cut and beard trim. Have visited hairmasters before with good experience so decided on it again. My hair person Jess got to me quickly, was told 10-15 minute wait, under 5 minutes in reality. She did a great job when I asked to have my beard trimmed she tastefully let me know it was an upcharge, no big deal. She had great conversation and asked my waiting wife for her input as to what she liked. Great job!

I got a haircut....wanted roughly 6 inches off with layers thinned out. Had to go back and get it redone. Layers are still not thinned out. I am over all not happy with this visit. Ill go to great clips next time.

Just terrible, i showed an example of what i wanted my hair to be, and thought it would ve handled at most decent. But alas it was WAY shorter then i wanted it to be, didnt even have any resemblance to the photo i just shared with them. If anything i would want a refund back, but the damage is already paid for.

Not too conservative haircut made my partner look like a choir boy.

This is the worst salon experience Ive ever had. I came in to touch up grown out blonde highlights ( I had dark brown roots). The stylist was so rude the entire session. She began by stating I was stupid for even getting blonde highlights in the first place and said to keep it dark, I kept an open mind and agreed to toning down the blonde with a mocha toner and lightening the roots to blend and make the overall color more natural. She brushed peroxide on my roots ( never had this directly applied without foil to the roots) and I couldnt stand the burning and itchiness so we washed it out after maybe 2 mins. My roots were bright orange and the stylist stated its my fault not hers and she is still going to charge me for her time. She was about to send me out of the salon looking like that...I had to make her fix the roots!!!!! The overall color on top turned out okay despite the orange copper look of the roots but the underside of my hair is bright ugly blonde/orange!!! I spoke to the manager by phone a few hours following the incident and she didnt seem to care!

I’ll never be going back here. The Asian lady with the pixie cut absolutely botched my hair. I walked in with medium length hair hand combed to the side.I walked out with uneven bangs and a bowl cut with my sideburns uneven by at least 1.5 inchesI asked her to thin my hair out and clean it up and got a 12 year olds haircutWill never go back,
