I used to go to a different place regularly before Sports Clips, in need of a haircut I decided to try them out. The wait time was non existent and right from the start you could feel the welcoming atmosphere. This place doesnt just cut your hair, they give you an experience from well appreciated conversation to a positive attitude, each of the stylists have a story. They make it easy to comeback and I am sure to be a new regular there.

Outstanding service!! I had an amazing experience!! I only have just one minor thing that could be improved on would be a flat top haircut. I realize its a rare haircut these days however if there are others that are like me Im pretty particular about my haircut. I want it high and tight. It has to look the same on both sides and the back. Skin tight on the sides and as short as possible on top. All in all the lady did a decent job for being new and havent done very many flat tops. I would recommend to friends and family. If youre looking for a flat top maybe ask for someone with more experience.

They’re open Sundays. And the website made it easy to checkin and get there when my stylist was available. Didn’t do the MVP treatment, but felt well taken care of anyway. Even got a great deal on some product to manage my style.I’ll be back.

Waited five minutes for customer to pay and leave. I was told I was next. Another customer came in and said he had not entered on line and was told to wait. When the woman finished cleaning her station she called the other customer around me and thanked me for my patience. I left the store and got a haircut at another shop. Based on my experience, I will not return to this store

The MVP is (and has been for a long time) the best thing about Sportclips. The staff at this location were awesome, treating me like an old friend, even though it was my first visit. The store looked clean, organized, and smelled good. Tabitha was my stylist and did a fantastic job.

Eden was an excellent stylist. Friendly and warm, she did an excellent job with my son. He is a little timid and shy about getting his haircut, however said he LOVED getting it cut by her! She seemed genuinely interested in her clients while providing cleanly and timely service at a very reasonable rate.We will be returning to see Eden again in the future.

Your friendly staff has been fantastic. Lauren has been extremely busy every time I visit but very courteous and treats me very professionally. I enjoy the monthly visits for my haircut. I really appreciate her at this site and request her each and ever time..The only thing I see that could improve the experience is when I sign in on line that spot is held until the specified time before being delayed. I travel 30 miles to get to my appointments. It is real frustrating to get there before my assigned time to find I was bumped 5 minutes earlier because someone had just walked in. I have stopped using this busy for some time when this happened more frequently.

Ive been going to this place for a few years now and its been great. The price can be a bit high but theyre very professional and the MVP wash is the best.

I paid $30 for a minimal trim at best. They had no magazines or books to choose a style from and so I got barely a trim because I couldnt explain the style I wanted. I wont be back.

Rookies shouldnt be in there until they arent rookies! I went and there was one stylist who knew what they were doing the rest were trainees who had no idea what they were doing. Every other time it was great, just this time. Lauren is awesome.

Stopped going to the Richland location due to multiple bad experiences. Had a few good experiences in Kennewick, but every time I visit, theres a new crew. Not sure how many times you turn over your staff, but it would be nice to have the same person cut your hair twice. The waiting is bad also. It would be nice to be greeted upon arrival and to be advised by an employee as to how long of a wait the customer has.

There was a lady who made a request on getting her hair cut and the woman who was doing my hair said in a very rude way To an extent . The woman who was doing my hair sounded annoyed. She also seemed bothered by doing my hair and the lady who requested a haircut. A company shouldnt turn away a customer even if they are having a bad day. The customer is always right.

Great place for fast cut. I took my child here and they got him in right away. The lady who cut his hair was very friendly and made him comfortable about getting a hair cut. Good atmosphere especially if you like watching sport.

Just moved to Washington...first time Ive been to a sports clips... Chala did an amazing job at asking how I like my hair cut she fixed me up ...and did an amazing job she made me feel comfortable and it felt like she had been cutting my hair for years. I will definitely be back to see her when its time for another one.

My coworker gave me a coupon for a free haircut so I thought Id check it out. I wouldnt say its the place for me because I dont watch sports. They have something like ESPN playing on the speakers, which makes it noisy, and my hairdresser faced my chair towards this huge TV screen next to where I was sitting. I guess if someone really needed to watch the football game and get a haircut at the exact same time, this would be the place to go. On the bright-side, she did well with my haircut and worked with me to get it looking good.

My son had won a free haircut, so we thought wed give the place a chance... especially because he needed a haircut badly. The staff was very friendly, upgraded him to the deluxe treatment, and even gave us a couple more coupons for free haircuts! My sons hair is really course and thick, but his stylist made him look so handsome, and taught him how to style his hair so he could keep it looking great. I highly recommend this business!

I have been to lots of sport clips in quite a few states. I cant tell yea about the Hair cut because I did not wait around for the staff finish chatting anf joking with one another.Every other location I have been to the staff members try to quickly clean up their work area when a customer is waiting. Did not happen here and other then the guy working saying dude your up next when I asked them to scratch me off the list.... strange they had my name up on the screen and it is not dude.

The barbers are very, very, very kind and cuts are always up to expectations.The deals are also great, and the little cards that they give you after you pay, punchcards, are really nice.There is also a free neck trim after the cut.

I have gone 2 times so far and I am pretty sure they make up a new special just for me. We will see on the third visit when i walk through the door.Both times, they acted as though they had been waiting just for me to show up. The scalp masages and towel treatments (hot & cold) on the face are great.Not sure why others have given such bad reviews. They must have had bad days? Nothing but positive vibes from me! I will be back in another 3-4 weeks.

Had a few times i wasnt that happy when i left however if i can get Anna to cut my hair im good. I do like this place but half of the stylists are just scary.

It isnt always easy to cut a 3 year olds hair, yet Lauren did a great job. We are really happy with it!
