Recently picked up my C7 Z06 that Kaizenspeed worked on and they absolutely knocked it out of the park on this one. This is the second car I’ve had them build and it’s top notch work and quality! I’ve refereed several people here and will continue to do so since working with the entire team has been great. I was able to talk to Nick about what I was looking for and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Dan worked his magic on tuning the car and was able to make the car drive much better than before while adding small changes to make it more enjoyable! Dan even reached out a few days later to see how everything is going and if there’s any questions while other places go ghost once you’re done.Very happy with everything and cars been running great!

I couldn’t be more happy with my experience at Kaizenspeed. I brought in my c7 corvette for a supercharger install and tune. I’m so glad I didn’t trust any other tuner/ installer! They really know their stuff. They have the best communication, constantly responding to my emails and phone calls. They even would send me videos/ pictures of the build every day! I drove 2.5 hours to have my car worked on here and it was so worth it! I am coming back for more. I highly recommend them if you are considering performance upgrades to your race car.

Don’t know where to start… amazing shop that I’ve been going to for about 2 years now. They’ve done simple heads and cam instal with a tune on my corvette c6 z06, on which they did a fantastic job on and turned my car around really quickly. They then swapped in a LSX block into my car. Then finally installed a blower, meth kit, fuel system, clutch, etc. They also did an amazing job Tuning my car, with the big cam I have there is literally 0 cam surge and drives amazing. I can say they have never cut corners on my car or any of my buddies cars. This is a shop that is extremely trustworthy and will not hide anything from you. Installs are always clean and customer service is OUTSTANDING! I will continue to drive 3 1/2 hours to them just to bring my car in.

I recently brought my C6 Grand Sport in for some super simple work because I didnt have the equipment to do it myself - Not something most performance shops would care to do so I was kind of expecting the cold shoulder. Not what I got at all... Nick was super helpful and took ample time to make sure he did the work to my liking. I was honestly blown away by the level of customer service! Will definitely continue to take my business here, despite them being 3.5 hours away from me.

Man o man. What can I say about Kaizenspeed? If you’re thinking about going here, just do it. customer service, attention to detail, and obviously their workmanship is all above and beyond. Nick and I had around 25-30 back and forth emails discussing pricing and performance benefits of the mods I was going for. He was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I was doing very basic mods too, not even an extreme build that was going to net them a ton of profit. Speaking of profit, their pricing is rock solid too. Once the mods were installed, and the tune had been done, Nick thought the numbers were a bit low and him and Dan(the tuner) went back in(no charge) and made some adjustments that netted me an additional 70whp!! Needless to say, I’ll be going back to Kaizenspeed!! I’ll be honest, any review saying their customer service was anything but stellar, is probably a lie. Nick emailed me back, promptly, within minutes. Do yourself a favor and bring your car here!!

Vast knowledge when I asked many questions. Being a 30 year diesel technician I am very familiar with newer technology. But the nich they have in a big market is very interesting. Very competitive prices. Asked for a quote on a new aluminium radiator for my LS2 powered GTO. They met and beat online quotes I researched to fund. Took nick minutes ... Definetly a place to go if u wanna get your go fast on....

I picked up a car that had had some work done by the guys at Kaizenspeed. They were very helpful with answering questions I had about they work they have done even though I’m not original owner. I will defiantly take the car down for some upgrades this spring. Thanks Nick for all the help and info.

Really good customer service

These guys are great. Took my car in for a tune on the Dyno on my cts-v. Got it back at the end of the day, and after a couple adjustments (only needed due to install error on my part) it runs amazing. Guys even stayed late to get it right. Highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

One of the best shop around tri cities

Im told they sold out to the car dealerships in area and now just blow ppl off that want mods installed or tuned. At least thats what they did to me. Gave them my number and never heard a word. I guess the 10k I wanted to put in my car was laughable to them.

Honestly Kaizenspeed is definitely the best performance shop in the Pacific Northwest with the best mechanics and by far some of the best overall customer service i have seen. They have done a lot of work to my 2008 Corvette Z06 and i couldnt be any happier! I recommend them to ANYONE wanting to get work done on there car!

Ive had a few installations done at Kaizenspeed now even though Im not their primary focus customer (I dont have a Corvette or high HP car). In order to keep a warranty alive on a supercharger kit for an ND Miata, I had to have an approved installer do the work. Kaizenspeed went and got placed on the approved list before even doing the work, just to help me out!I was kept up to date constantly and was never told that I was bugging when I probably was. Work was done on time and I never had anything creep out of scope. Ive had a lot of questions about keeping my car cool after the modification and they have been honest about what will and will not help much for the price, swaying me from wasting any money on gear that isnt needed.Overall, Ill come back here as I need assistance with installations. Sometimes I feel like hitting the wrench myself, but these guys sure make it easy to get stuff done when I dont.

Kaizenspeed is the best. I use all of their stuff on my F20b race motor that sees 9500rpm on the track and its been perfect. Great company and great products!

After consulting with Reid and Nick on the scope of my build and expectations I chose to have Kaizenspeed take my 2016 Camaro from off the lot stock to built motor/supercharged fun. The team kept me informed of progress and any minor issues along the way including photo updates. Reid also stressed to me that it is a process not a product that I was purchasing. The follow through on everything including how to flash the car with different tunes and future upgrade paths has been above and beyond my expectations. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend or use them for another complete build

The owner reid is a Genius when it comes to performance upgrades,tunning, and Custom Parts. his work is always clean! he was so good at import performancec and upgrades that mucle heads started bringing in their Corvettes to a ricer shop! Had my 2008 Callaway C6 in to salvage an install of a 17inch brushless fan that the local dealership attempted to install but failed miserably. I like to track it from time to time and had some overheating issues. They not only got the fan working correctly but tweaked a couple other things to help with cooling issues. Great communication and customer service. Currently considering whether to mod a C7 Z06 and void my warranty. If I do Ill call them first. If you have a high performance GM product just skip the dealership and take it straight to Kaizen.

These people are the best at what they do in the northwest, and based on my experience, may soon be one of the best after market performance businesses in the country! I recently had a BTR cam installed in my C5Z06. Unreal performance! These guys are very concerned about the small things which was a big thing for me. Doing it right the first time is their overriding operating goal. My advice would be, use these guys now before you have wait in line to do so. In short Kaizenspeed folks are car guys on Nitro

The guys at Kaizen are a great bunch of people! When I first decided I was interested in their products I was a bit doubtful about installing one item in particular; their balance shaft eliminator kit. So I emailed them. The best part about my experience is that they actually took time to talk to me about how the product works, and they even pointed me in the right direction to do a little bit of my own research. Upon deciding what I wanted from them (timing tensioner, balance elimintor, and a belt walk blocker) they were very prompt in sending my items out. I only live a couple states away, but I recall placing the order, and then finding the package on my doorstep two days later. Pretty sweet for free shipping. When I opened the box, all the parts were there, and upon inspection I feel quite confident about the quality as well. Each part has its own instructions that you can either obtain from scanning a Q.R. code, or typing the included link to their website. I think one of my favorite things is how easy they make these parts to install. These parts are great for any adiment d.i.y.er like myself (especially because of the instructional videos), or for anyone who is a serious about building on the honda platform. Overall their customer service is outstanding; every employee I dealt with was super professional, yet down to earth.I Definitely recommend checking this company out.
