Very nice last minute wax (I booked 20 minutes before I showed up) and it was an amazing experience! Knowledgeable staff!

Poor customer service experience where they refused to refund a pre-paid pass due to moving out of the area. Lost $250 after being a long-time repeat customer. Great example of profits before people. Fair warning: pay as you go!Update 7/9/21: Business reply states they will be in touch with me shortly and 1 week later I still havent heard from them. I also emailed them last week to ask for a copy of the WaxPass Agreement and no reply there either.Update 8/9/21: The store owner/manager has still never contacted me. I have been extremely patient and this is the worst customer service experience possible. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Ive been going here off and on for years. Last time I went I just had to tell them how excellent their customer service always is. They apparently switched management and STILL offer some of the best service. Ive gone to other locations and they just dont compare. I always enjoy the experience.

I was informed that after a wax, a customer gets a free touch up within 5 days of the first wax. the first wax went great. The lady that waxed me was awesome. I came back for my wax, and it was a rainy day, got relieved late from my job( I am a first responder) tried to call the location to tell them I would be running a little late but no one was answering their phone. I got to the location about 15 minutes late.. n I had these two women at the front desk both talking to me at the same time.. telling me that I had to come back later, I told them that someone should have answered when I was trying to call... I would not have wasted 20 minutes of my time driving when I could have gone home after a long night of working... they still were not understanding.. they still insisted that I should come back later. Because of the treatment I got today; I will never come back to this location .

Waxing can be an unpleasant ordeal but... European Wax Center located in Kennesaw made the whole experience, from the initial phone call speaking to Reagan, who scheduled my appointment, to checking in at the front desk with the manager, Madison, to the actual waxing done by the technician, Christy, was a fantastic experience. Every single person I encountered was polite, friendly, and professional. Madison is the epitome of exceptional customer service-she had the happiest and sweetest personality-so nice being greeted/checked in/checked out by her. Christy, the technician, was AMAZING! She made me feel comfortable and at ease, was so easy with which to interact and she did a FANTASTIC job. I dont know what her secret is but she made the whole thing basically painless. She is great at what she does, knows what she is doing, and made me so comfortable. She felt like someone I have known and been friends with forever! My experience with everyone I encountered was top notch. I highly recommend them in general and urge anyone looking for a waxing technician to go to Christy. Great job, EWC!

This location is great. The girls who work here are really sweet. Im usually able to get in and out quickly without much of a wait before hand.

I have the wax package through EWC, and I LOVE it. I see Frida, and honestly, shes the absolute best. She takes her time, is thorough, and always recommends ways to make my wax last longer.

Ive been a client of this place for years and it has positive and negatives. Rachel has always been lovely when I see her and does such a great job.. But the fact they know do a $2 Covid fee for extra cleaning and PPE each visit is kinda BS.. Does this mean you werent cleaning before? To lay back in the one room and look up at the nasty dust and dirty on the air vents while being waxed makes me think either ownership has changed our the cleaning fee isnt being used correctly..

I’ve been seeing Kayla now for a few months and I LOVE her! She’s always pleasant, always on time, squeezes in extra services if I request them, and ALWAYS brings good vibes. Clean establishment with great customer service.

Currently, you call to check in when you arrive, they come to your call to check your temperature. Once you go in they have a hand sanitizer station at the door and they ask you to use before allowing you in.They have removed the table and magazines. They are charging a $2 surcharge to cater for the extra safety measures. They also provide you with a mask once you get in.The wax service depends on the technician that takes care of you

You get what you pay for this is more expensive but the quality of service is superb very knowledgeable staff and my waxing was perfect Rachel was wonderful

Love this place!! The staff is great! Yes they do push you to buy the skin care products but the products are amazing and has helped with my hair growth. Jennifer was great!! She took really good care of me. We did see a couple of hairs left so she told me to come back for a free touch up. My legs and bikini line look amazing! The first wax does hurt like heck but it does get better. I highly recommend this place!

Love this place! Relaxing, comfortable atmosphere with the most helpful people. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, but isnt overly pushy with trying to sell anything. Kayla is the absolute best- I am so glad I took friends advice and switched over!!

I had an appointment at 1:30. Arrived, checked in and went back to my car (social distancing requirements). Waited and waited. After about twenty minutes I went to go check in and see what’s going on. They said “we called your number several times and you didn’t answer so now we don’t have time for both of your waxes. choose one.” I made an appointment for two waxes for a reason.I’ve been here before. I’ve had the same number since I’ve gotten a phone and they’ve had that number on file.I didn’t appreciate the rudeness and how unprofessional they were. Not to mention, the ONE wax they did because “I was too late for both?” was TERRIBLE. They put the wax all over my eye lids.If I could give them negative stars in customer service I would.

Ive been going to this location for over a year now. I am so happy that I was initially scheduled with Kayla because she is AMAZING! She is great at what she does and cares about my comfort level. She keeps me laughing -and distracted if need be! She always does an excellent job. I highly recommend using Kayla!

Burns on skin!I usually get sugared for my Brazilian area but my schedule didnt work out this week at my regular place. European Wax Salon was open on a Sunday, so that was convenient. I visited one in South Carolina, so thought this was would be nice.I have sensitive skin, so sometimes its hard to distinguish too hot and just sore from the first few strips. My area was pretty red when I got home that evening but the next day, it was awful!!! Two days past and Im still really red and sore. Have to be careful with a warm shower, just like with any other burn.Disappointed and definitely will stick with my regular place in Acworth.

This was the first place I went to get a wax, and I’ll never go anywhere else! Facility is super clean, the staff is knowledgeable and super nice, and it is the speediest services! I was so scared to start waxing, but the experience made it almost enjoyable. A little pricier than other wax centers, but absolutely worth it!

Great atmosphere! They explain how you are able to get packages to save you money in the long run, they explain how to treat your skin and offer products to help with eveythong from breakouts to exfoliating. It is upscale and well worth the money.

Do not purchase a wax pass from EWC. I have been a loyal customer for several years now. My waxer left after purchasing (extremely pressured to do so by the way Im sure they make a commission) a pack. I called and requested that I be refunded for the services I would not be using and they denied me. They will only give my money back in a gift card. This is how they treat their loyal customers. I was told when purchasing the pack that I could get a refund at any time. What they didnt say is in the form of STORE CREDIT. They now have over $400 of my money and no intention of giving it back. The girl I spoke to Kayla also would not give me the name of the owner of the business to contact directly. So they are hiding behind their employees. Horrible company, and HORRIBLE management and ownership. I will be going to the BBB and Yelp and literally anywhere I can to help inform the public of their tactics. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I loved this place. I went to get my eyebrows waxed. The young lady did an excellent job. The wax they use becomes the strip to take take the hair off. It is a pretty painless procedure! I bought a membership to get unlimited waxes brows! The staff was friendly and processional. Try this place, youll love it too!

This place is so bomb! They make the experience incredible. Jennifer is my wax specialist and she really takes her time and does a wonderful job. Today was my second Brazilian wax and eyebrow appointment. Again I was not disappointed. The reception desk is also very nice and professional when you arrive. Love this place!

I just left here after getting my eyebrows waxed, and I must say, they look so much better! My stylist, Nadia, does a great job. Shes so nice and very personable. I have sensitive skin and she always makes sure to be extra careful and makes the process as least painful as possible. If youre in the market for an esthetician, I highly recommend her!

Jennifer is the best at eyebrow waxing. I am always a little hesitant to try someone new, but I saw all the great reviews for her and decided to give her a try. She really listens to what you want and makes sure you love the end result.

I will never come here again. Which is a shame because my wax lady is really good. The receptionists could use a lesson in customer service just because you say it with a smile doesnt make it polite. Its alright, I hear that sugaring is healthier for the skin and that Sweet Peach waxing and sugaring is the place to be. So thats where I will take my business. Thanks you for reading 😊

I’ve come to this place to get a Brazilian wax, I think 3 times, and my wax lady never gets all the hair. The last time that I went I felt a patch of hair left over and just decided not to go back. Don’t rush please. And the pressure to buy their products is ridiculous. I understand that you guys get commission, but no means no. The new place that I go to really takes care of you, is A LOT cheaper, and the workers don’t complain in front of you about how management sucks. I was willing to pay more for what I thought would be better service, but I ended up disappointed

I purchased a Brazilian wax pass back in June. Christy was the 2nd technician I saw and I now won’t see anyone else! She’s so sensitive and personable that you forget you’re getting the most sensitive part of your body’s hair pulled off of you. Just had my last service with the package today and it’s worth every penny to have renewed it!Ps-the first girl wasn’t bad, just she wasn’t working on my next appt date so it was fate that had me booked with Christy !

Breanna was the best technician that who has ever done the waxing for me. She was extremely gentle, helpful and friendly. Im willing to drive 2hrs every month just to see her.

Every waxed I have ever had has been amazing. Friendly, and good at their job. This place is very clean.

I will not be back here. First of all, this place costs more than every other waxing place in the area (unless you buy a years worth of service at once). Secondly, the service took twice as long and was twice as painful as Ive experienced at other waxing facilities. Thirdly - and this is the kicker - Ive never in my life been left with so much hair after a wax. Its completely unacceptable. And my skin is absolutely raw from the amount of strips used, so I cant run out and have a do-over any time soon. Im not sure if its because the wax they use sucks or what, but I cannot recommend this place at all. Dont waste your money.

Make sure you make an appointment, they’re so great they’re always busy because they have the best wax specialists eveerrrrr!

This is my third visit to EWC Kennesaw, and I am even more impressed and so happy with my experiences. I see Jennifer every time, and she is AMAZING. Ive always had uneven eyebrows and somehow she has been able to make them perfect. It is a little pricey, but I am happy to pay for even brows and professionalism. Im sure all of the employees are excellent, but I am biased. Go see Jennifer!

I got an eye infection.Maybe it just happened to me but please dont go here. It was my first time going to this location and Ive NEVER experienced something like this anywhere else Ive gone. I guess later in the day they stop cleaning? My brows also look terrible, not defined at all. Im serious, just dont go here, not worth the trip to the doctors and an eye infection after leaving with ugly brows.
