We used this company for our son’s birthday party. The delivery of the bounce house was great - they communicated appropriately. The bounce house was new and we had no issues. The reason I am giving 1 star is the crew that picked it up broke the gate to our fence. It was not broken before they came and after they left it was. They did not notify us that something happened. We attempted to reach them multiple times with not much response. Eventually my husband spoke to the owner who was less than pleasant and it became a he said/she said situation. Ultimately, the lack of follow up, poor customer service, and ownership has turned me off from using this company or recommending them ever again.

I was a bit anxious about this bit of my daughter’s 3rd birthday. We had hyped it up so much and I was convinced something would go wrong. As a result I called twice the week before to be sure things it was all going to fall together. Each time I was reassured by a man named Cliff who was so friendly and helpful. He double checked things for me and answered all my questions so kindly. Set up was easy, price was good, they were right on time! The kids LOVED it. We will be using them for all our birthday needs now. I highly recommend it, the fun it brought to the party was invaluable!Just wanted to add that after I made this review I realized my daughter had left her barbies in the jump house. They made sure to get them out and save them for us to pick up! They were awesome.

One word AWESOME, we had a great time. Our delivery guy was great, he explained everything to us and we had fun all weekend, I will recommend to all my friends and family.

This was my first time renting a bounce house for my sons3rd birthday party, everything was perfect, they delivered and set up the bouncy for free, i will absolutely refer and use them again and again!!

Had a great experience. I had to change the date of my party at the last minute and they went out of their way to accommodate. They thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the bounce house and love that delivery is included. They gave us a rundown of how the bounce house works and alerted us to various hazards kids get into with these things which was helpful. I plan to use them again.

In the future Don’t smoke cigarettes on people’s property and throw them in people’s yards while packing up the bounce house. Communicate with your customer about arrival and pickup times. I had to call both times to find out when they would arrive because I got no communication from the company on day of drop off or pickup. After setup give customer an overview of upkeep and how to turn off and on rather than just leaving with no communication or instructions. After they installed and left the top of the bounce house was not hooked up and was falling into the bounce house. There were leaves and debris all in the bouncer and the house looked to be either a very old piece of equipment or not kept up well or cleaned! Would not use this company again or recommend to anyone. I went with this company because it was reasonably cheap and you get it for a weekend rather than a few hours but you definitely get what you pay for.

Amazing experience with JumpyStuff. I spoke to a friendly person named Clif during booking process. After that two person delivered and set-up the Bounce Slide Combo. They both very fast and friendly. Im so happy to find JumpyStuff from Google. Will definitely share this amazing experience to my family and friends.

These guys were flying down our street twice. I stopped them on the second trip and told them to slow down. I told them there were children on the street. His response: F *** You. I dont see any kids.Great attitude for a company that caters to childrens events.Never, never, never would I use use this company.

Awesome experience!! Had two guys come set up a bounce house for our sons birthday party and they were super fast and efficient and extremely nice and helpful!! They cleaned the bounce house after blowing it up and did such a great job! During these COVID times it is really comforting to know the bounce house would be nice and clean for our own use! They did a great job explaining the rules and how to deflate and inflate it. They were incredibly nice and respectful and cannot wait to use them again for future events!! Highly recommend this company :)

Called us 2 days before our 3 year olds bday party to tell us that they could not give us what we ordered. they wanted to give us a girls bouncy house for my little boy... thanks a lot!

We had a great experience with JumpyStuff! Everything was easy and efficient. We booked the obstacle course online for a kids birthday. As promised, they reached out on Thursday to confirm the Friday delivery, and arrived in the promised time frame. It rained the day of the party, so having the jump house for a whole weekend was an added bonus! They also maintained good communication throughout the process, answering all of the questions I had about the use of the equipment. We will definitely use them for future events and recommend to all of our friends.

Jumpy Stuff did a great job setting up the bounce house for our daughters birthday party. They cleaned the jump house on site, which gave piece of mind that it was clean during Covid times. The entire process is so easy with them, reserve online, they call you the day ahead to set up a time for drop off, 2 guys show up to set up and you are ready to go! I got a bouncy house for my daughter 5th birthday and I can honestly say the service was greet, even with a bit of confusion on my end they still worked with me. Definitely would recommend this place, especially when they offer it for the whole weekend as well as pick up and drop off in one price .

We have used them 2 years in a row.August of 2019 was phenomenal!August of 2020 was horrible.Few things happened:1. Late showing up with bounce house and didn’t give any notice.2. One guy asked us for a beer and drank it while he was still at our house.3. Snow one machine did not work whatsoever.4. Both workers were arguing while they were here setting up the inflatables.I spoke with the owner and all he said was “sorry.” Didn’t try to offer an explanation or anything. I paid a lot of money to have this for my sons birthday and I will never be using them again. Very unprofessional.If I could give NO stars, I would.

Christian Came with another staff member hours before the event. Very positive attitude introduced himself and started unloading the bouncers had everything up and ready within 20 minutes. He was also kind enough to help me lift some of my sons heavy presents. He definitley gives the business extra ratings.

My daughters 10 birthday party was a hit! Want to say thanks to Cliff and his guys for the great service they provided. Our waterslide was delivered and set up on time. They were professional, and explained how the unit worked and point out all safety measures to keep the kids safe. The kids had a blast, to make it even more special, we got to keep it for three days at the one day price, great deal! My daughter is already planning her 11th birthday party and off course she wants to get the big waterslide again.

My kids were so excited when they found out I rented them a water slide for the weekend. It was so easy they dropped it off on Friday and picked it up on Monday as advertised all the other companies would only let us keep it for the day. I really recommend Jumpy Stuff .

Jumpy Stuff and my new best friend Cliff the owner of Jumpy Stuff made me a super hero to my son and his friends. We hired another company to deliver a bouncy house and as the guest arrived no company no bouncy house, very dissapointed and panicked my son ask me what we were going to do daddy.I jumped into actionNo pun intended and found Jumpystuff online..Cliff was there within the hour with a bigger bounce house than I originally ordered. I will never forget the smile on my sons face when Cliff pulled up. By the way Jumpy Stuff was already close his workers gone so Cliff the owner delivered the bounce house himself.My son is only 6 now so I think Clif is guaranteed a customer with my family for the bext 5 years at least or maybe longer, MY WIFE IS PREGNANT☺

These guys were soooo amazing with the entire experience. The set up was so fast, they were in and out in no time . Not only did they double check everything but brought joy to the kids faces ; with their laughs and smiles .
