Nice, clean, well organized. Only done side is when I leave I notice I still have big patches of hair left over, and end up having to shave after 48 hours or so to clean it all up.

Horrible job!!! My left eye is swollen shut after having my eyebrows waxed because the girl ripped a layer of skin off/ burned my eyelid. I also had many pieces of wax still left after my Brazilian wax. HORRIBLE place and the worst waxing I have ever had!!!

The workers here are so rude and unprofessional. I called to set an appointment and thought I’d be able to make it and once I realized I wouldn’t be able to I drove back home. After returning I received a phone call from their place of business after my arrival time and informed them of this and they snappingly responded, “did you call us back and let us know?!” I responded, “I just made it back,” and they hung up in my face. They will never receive my business even if they were ONLY wax center open!

Fernanda is the best! She truly is detailed oriented for a clean wax. She even plucks the stubborn hairs. I love the fact that she is quick and does not repeatedly wax over and over the same areas to protect my skin. She is awesome, I wish she worked more through out the week. She is only available on Fridays.

This has got to be the best waxing place I’ve ever been to. Hands down. Ever since I moved to Atlanta, I was looking for a waxing place. As an aesthetician myself, I would never go to a low end hole in the wall waxing company. Actually I will wax myself but if somebody else can do it it’s better right? I always see these girls working so hard and they are in and out fast with their customers. Myself included.

My best friend is getting married TOMORROW and came in for a Brazilian and an upper lip wax. We know Brazilians can be extremely painful and hit or miss but this one was definitely a miss. Her entire region is broken out and it was one of the most painful waxes she’s had. But that wasn’t even the worst part..Following this, she covered her entire upper lip including her actual lip skin in wax. Using only one strip to remove all of the wax around her mouth at once, she ripped a chunk of her skin and entire layer of her lip on the left side.We are now frantic trying to find concealer to cover the skin tear that is bright red and fleshy. She gets married in less than 24 hours.. I do NOT recommend if you are looking to come out with smooth skin..Her aesthetician was Stacy at the Buford location.(very sweet woman, just improperly performed a service. I really important one)

I received an outstanding service here this past Thur. I did check out their reviews before going in and I was a lil apprehensive based on the reviews but decided to give it a try anyway. I couldn’t have had a better waxing experience. I have used Brazilian wax by Andreas for many years and I must say my technician Loranna is my go to from this point forward!! (old tech retired) she was very attentive and listened to my concerns and requests, she made sure to clean up all wax residue. Bravo bravo 👏🏾

Im not one to leave negative reviews, truth be told, but after my most recent experience I am at a loss for what else to do. After my previous waxer relocated to a different state, I went on a search for the best Brazilian wax I could find. Im incredibly picky and pay close attention to detail, especially as a dancer and boudoir model, so most salons Ive visited havent met my expectations. After recommendations from a few friends about Andreias, I decided to give it a try. And success! My first few visits to this location in particular have been a great experience and yielded great results every time... up until today. I came through as a walk-in, and was the only waiting customer (unsurprising with the pandemic chaos weve all been experiencing). I figured, better get it done now in case they close for a bit, like other local businesses. Upon my arrival I was assigned to a waxer I have not had before - a shorter woman, either Hispanic or Latina would be my best guess. She didnt bother to introduce herself, so I do not have a name to pair with this. Ultimately, she was nice, but does NOT do good work.For starters, she did not clean or prep my skin for the wax at all - no powder to absorb excess oil, no wipes, nothing. In every other waxing salon I have been to (including my previous experience at Andreias), this is par for the course and I thought it odd that she skipped it but didnt say anything. Im the customer, not the esthetician, and I dont like to pretend I know better than they do. However, after she had spread the wax on rather thickly (in very large areas, instead of one small area at a time as I am used to), I began to feel a sense of dread, which was followed by the absolute worst pain I have ever experienced during a Brazilian. Let me also state that Ive been getting waxed for several years and have a very high pain tolerance, but even my first wax (the most notorious, as we all know) didnt hurt the way this did. As she proceeded, she did not wait for the wax to cool fully before pulling, so not only did parts of my skin stick together but the hair was not removed properly, and the residue left behind took my own oil and scrubbing to remove when I got home. It was so painful that at a certain point I asked her if we could stop, as I intended to have another esthetician finish my wax because I could not handle her process. She asked me if I was close to my cycle (which I was not) before she kept on, and I decided to try to grin and bear it, even when I noticed that my skin was bleeding. Yes, BLEEDING. Is that supposed to happen during a wax? Not to my knowledge. And now, after a grueling session, I am left with hairs that have not been removed completely, only broken off at the surface of my skin... so they will be popping up within the next few days, which is great. I could have shaved and gotten the same results. There are ingrowns that she did not bother to remove, and towards the back of my inner thighs there are still hairs that I will most likely have to remove myself, or find another salon to fix... after the areas of open skin have healed, of course. I just came home and cried because I paid to have a terrible job done, and because money is tight but I wanted to treat myself to a little maintenance. I am truly disappointed in this experience, especially because this location is close to home and convenient. But since it seems that all employees are not trained the same and I cannot rely on consistency in their work across the board, I will not be returning. I would like to request my money back, but in my experience salons do not refund their customers, even in the worst of cases. So leaving this warning for others is the best I can do.

Good Ambience! professional at their services. easy to book appointments!no complaints so far.. and btw they offer all types of waxing services and for eye brows too.Im making a special mention of that-- as some of my friends get mislead just because of the name.

Was not happy with my past experience . I went in for an eyebrow wax and the girl I had acted like she didnt know what she was doing. Every time Ive gone they wax/pluck and trim if needed. She just waxed the top and bottom. They looked pretty much the same as I walked in but cleaner, I could have just plucked them myselfI asked her to fix them and she was like uh I can try but I dont want to make them thin even though I asked her too so I just left them paid and left. No tip from me

I have come for service for my eyebrows and both times I am not pleased they look worse. This will be my last time getting service here I’m so mad.

Thais is amazing! I started going to the Andreias in Woodstock and loved how clean they were and how well the staff treats you. I work closer to the Kennesaw location and find it easy to make an appointment for my lunch time. I have been to Thais a couple times and she is AMAZING! Makes you feel comfortable and does a great job! I will continue to use her and Andreias because of the awesome experiences that I have had. The pricing is great as well. Really no complaints here.

I have been getting Brazilian waxes for years and have also visited many Andreas and this was the worst experience. I received a Brazilian and underarms from Carla who clearly needs additional training. She did not apply to wax correctly or take it off correctly. Typically they use the hard wax for the majority of the wax. Not Carla she used the strips which as we know is more painful and is usually only used for clean up. I was very disappointed with her work and could not find a manager to voice my concerns. She also lacked customer service as typically the employees are cherry and talkative. She was rude and rushing. She also did not meet me at the front at the end of my service which has happened every other time Ive been there. Id rather pay my extra and go elsewhere.

First time i went was ok...2nd time i went and had Erica...she was amazinnnnnng...she definitely knew what she was doing and made it so much more bareable...definitely recommend her
