Waited 6 months to review. Wanted to make sure the workmanship and follow up was up to par. Definitely 5 stars. The quality, is excellent- master bath remodel. If there is a knock, it was with a couple of the sub contractors used. Not the work, just some of the details. But - Lew always made it right. Highly recommend. The type of contractor you can trust.
Our basement flooded and Hayberg restoration came to the rescue and cleaned up the mess left by ServPro. They were very prompt, worked with insurance adjuster, and basement was back to new in no time.Great people and very courteous contractors that work for them.Would definitely use them again! Thanks, Hayberg Restoration for saving us from the Flood.
HRN was a great company to work with! They enclosed our vaulted ceilings and added 2 bedrooms above. Job was completed sooner than they projected and the quality of work is exceptional. Everyone from the estimator (Lewis), office staff (Laurie), and project manager (Brian) were all very professional and addressed any concerns efficiently. Thank you HRN for our new home!
Very quick, very solid work. Lewis and company were very flexible with me and listened closely to what we needed, saving us a lot of headaches during a hard time. Overall a great experience.
Hayberg Restoration Network completely transformed our unfinished basement into a dream living space. Their insights into layout and ability to maximize our layout was beyond our expectations. The entire team was great to work with and they were extremely professional the entire time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for finishing a space or remodeling an existing area. Top shelf work!
My husband and I are remodeling small areas inside our home. We hired a company to tear out our fireplace and drywall over it. We were very displeased with the company we hired the first time. They did not communicate well and it took them over a week from when it was supposed to be done originally. Unfortunately, this stalled other remodels within our home. We fired the first company and then hired Hayberg Restoration Network to take out the wall yet again from the mess up that the first company had made. The people at HRN were very communicative, finished our wall within our budget, and also had our wall done in less than 6 hours! They did a wonderful job and we will definitely use them again in the future!
Was told plumbing work for a 2 hour job of finding a difficult leak would be about $450 if it was simple. Which it did end up being. It was a copper pipe replacement of about 4 feet. Got billed today for $950...This was for 2 hours of plumbing work and nothing else. Buyer beware. Invoice attached as proof.
Highly disappointed...First, the company charged me a premium just for them to come out to my home and give me a quote assessment. Then their available time slots were VERY restrictive. I was told the contractor likes a work-life balance and does not take appointments after 5 PM. Very noble, and I can respect that, so I arranged my schedule several weeks in advance so that I can be there for the quote/estimate. This is the busy season for my line of work, so finding 2 hours during the work week to get something done is VERY difficult.I was given a one hour time window for when the contractor was expected to arrive and was told that they would give me a call when they were enroute. After them being 10 minutes outside of their window, I call the business, who tells me that the contractor is 5 to 10 minutes away. Twenty (20) minutes (!!) later and still no contactor. I cancelled and have requested a refund of my estimate premium. For a business to be very specific about charging me a premium so that I dont waste their time, they sure dont treat my time as being just as valuable.
HRN did a master bathroom renovation for us, and I was extremely pleased with the end result. They took our thoughts and ideas and created exactly what we wanted. Strong points in their company are as follows: good communication and follow-up, excellent and highly skilled craftsmen who do beautiful work, reliability, and assumption of any responsibility to correct issues that may arise. I enjoyed working with their team members and would use them again and recommend them to others.
We hired HRN to build out an attic area to utilize more space in our home. It is our first time having someone other than my father or husband to do the work in the house. Was quite nervous about this build out. They were quick in response. They came out, looked around and gave us an estimate. One of the employees was quite impressive of coming up with ideas I never even thought of. The work was good, the employees were very professional and timely. Once the project was finished, we had some little odds and ends needed to be fixed, they had no issue getting someone over to our house immediately to fix the issue. I look forward to using this company again on our next big project.
I highly recommend Hayberg Restoration. What was originally going to be a very small tile job, turned into a larger job when we found out our bathroom tile was incorrectly installed by the builder. We had Hayberg tear down our shower and the drywall it was attached to and add backer board and re-tile the shower. Heyberg was able to give me a new quote and schedule the crew quickly. The crew worked efficiently and did a beautiful job. The price was reasonable, and communication with Bryan (our PM) was good. I will use Hayberg Restoration again if I need additional work done!
Hayberg Restoration did a great job renovating our master bathroom! They were organized and very responsive. All of the contractors involved were very professional. I would hire them again for future projects.
I gave them a 1-star rating because we had a gentleman come out named Jason. He was doing a tremendous job with going through our property taking note of the many issues. However, in my opinion started to use sales tactics that created fear in order to create more work.Lastly, he committed that he would follow up with a bid and a phone call on another task and we have never heard back from him. Totally unprofessional he could have stated it, I have no interest in doing the project and that would have been perfectly fine.
This is the second time Ive worked with Hayberg Restoration and I can vouch for the both the high quality and the superior customer service. My recent project was the result of a sewage line back and the repairs required a lot of different vendors. My project manager Brian was very responsive and responsible and Laurie at the HRN office was extremely helpful both during and after the project was completed. And by the way, my insurer approved the entire invoice provided by HRN!
I had my master bathroom redone. It was trickier then just a refresh and were able to work with me to build my dream master bath. Following that I had unrelated water damage to other parts of my house. They were my first call and worked with both the insurance agency and me to rebuild everything. I would recommend them and a special shout out to Jason who is incredible responsive and always willing to help.
Hayberg Restoration guided us through a very difficult Insurance process and beautifully rebuilt our fire damaged home. Professional, honest and great quality work.
We are impressed with the work done by HRN. We wanted to remodel the master bath and interviewed four contractors. HRN was the only one that presented a detailed summary describing line by line the work and cost. Our project occurred during the Christmas/New Years holidays and was finished on time as promised. We Feel Jason did great tile work and painting, Bryan kept us informed of the work schedule for the plumbers and glass installation. I feel we received value in quality workmanship for the money spent
Great work and great customer service. Its been two years since Ive used them and about to contact again for more renovations
We built our home a few years ago and wanted to use the same builder for our basement buildout, so all would be of the same quality and appearance. Unable to get him again, we were nervous about getting anybody else to do it, but we searched the web and were blessed to find Lew and his team at Hayberg. My wife and I felt very comfortable the first time we met with Lew to review the scope, and his team impressed me throughout the entire project (and that is hard to do). Bryan was extremely personable and his attention to detail made him a great project manager...and most importantly, he has continued to be responsive even after the last payment was made. They kept to the schedule and clearly-communicated budget. From Lew to all the subs, HRN exceeded our expectations, and we are thankful to now have a well-finished basement that we can enjoy, giving us the extra space we needed for fostering kids. There is always a cheaper option, but if you understand value vs price, then I would highly recommend the Hayberg team.
This company charges a $250 fee to come out to give a quote. I will take my business elsewhere...
Wonderful company. Knowledgeable. Honest and Fadt.
Brian and Hose were great. We had an open line of communication and they were very professional. They taped off areas in the house to reduce the dust and cleaned up daily. I had substantial termite damage and Lewis had the foresight to correctly estimate the damages. They gave me several options for flooring and did a wonderful job installing it. There were very attentive to all of my requests. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends.
Weve used HRN multiple times for a variety of jobs, from large scale construction (redo of kitchen including structural changes to layout, removal of a poorly-built addition and construction of a porch) to smaller (repair of roof & wall damages). Theyve always done a great job - theyre thorough and transparent with their estimates, they communicate well as work is being complete, and theyve been great about follow-up.As long as were still in the Atlanta area, this will be the only contractor we use!
This company was awesome! Mark, Jose and everyone else who came into my home were professional, friendly and accommodating. I never went more than a day without speaking to someone about the progress of our home. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in renovating or remodeling, working with them was a dream!
Hayberg Restoration Network is the best general contractor I’ve ever used in 20 years of owning homes and rental properties. We wanted to create one large family room from two smaller rooms in our 60 year old ranch house. The work was accurately estimated and executed flawlessly. We were able to jointly figure out the bumps along the way that come from updating an older home. Our new room is beautiful. Part of our project was engineering a hidden beam to provide the support we needed after we removed a 26’ load bearing wall. We also blended wooden floors from the new room to adjoining rooms. We were really glad we went with the hidden support beam because it gave us uninterrupted visual flow. The flooring people were fantastic. We did have to replace some of our existing to get a better match. You can’t tell where 60 year wooden floors meet new flooring because they did such a great job matching. For storage, we installed a 7 foot custom island and new wall cabinets. Both turned out really well. I highly recommend HRN.
We couldnt be more pleased with the work done for us by Hayberg. Communication was wonderful, work was done early, and price was exactly as we were told. We went from a kitchen, dining room and living room to a full open concept floor plan with new lighting, etc. in less than 2 weeks, and the guys went beyond the call of duty in helping us with some heavy lifting that wasnt even part of the project. Thank you so much.
Had a tree fall on our deck and contacted several roofing companies only to be told by all of them that some of the structural damage would have to be fixed by a general contractor. I then contacted 4-5 general contractor and got estimates from all of them. While HRN was not the cheapest, they provided a very detailed estimate of the work. In fact the estimate looked almost identical to what my insurance company produced. Then they worked with my insurance company on negotiating the estimate. Then once we had an agreed upon estimate, they started the work and they brought in a team of workers, 2 primary guys and then a roofing guy, and they worked for about 3-4 weeks to get everything done. Work took a little longer than planned but didnt mind because the delays were related to ensuring things were done correctly and some weather related delays too.In the end, they did an awesome job!!! There were a few billing questions but the owner came to my home and we settled successfully and professionally. I really like the fact that they took the time to understand my point of view and we came to an agreement.Several recommendations I would make is that they could work to model their payment schedule to that of the insurance company since many homeowners dont have the large amount of funds until the insurance company makes their payment. Also, that last check from the insurance company requires a Completion of Work letter so the challenge is that the contractor wants to be paid the final amount at the end of the job, but the homeowner still has to wait a week for the insurance company to make final payment. This is a tough one to figure out because many times the insurance company drags their feet on making payments. My work was done almost two weeks ago and Im still waiting...oh well...lol
This is a great company to work with. After being patient with me while waiting to hear back from insurance, they were able to finish the job in one day! The work is well done and blends with the rest of the house. Thank you for being so understanding, your workers have great attitudes!
My husband and I asked HRN to remodel our master bathroom. Their quote was fair. The painters, plumbers, electricians and tile guys were respectful and professional. Bryan, the supervisor, was on top of every detail. We are extremely happy with our beautiful bathroom. We will be using them for the other two bathrooms next year. We will continue to refer them to friends and family.
We hired Lewis and his team to do a basement remodel for us and were very pleased with the outcome. His guys were friendly, punctual and very accommodating. They cleaned up at the end of every day and made sure to let us know what was happening next. We would definitely hire them again! Thanks again guys!
NOT HONEST! LACK OF INTEGRITY! After reading such positive reviews and meeting the estimator Jeff I was eager to work with HRN and have my basement work done, however I was paired with a dishonest Project Manager Jason, who over promised and UNDER delivered. He confirmed with me items that he would complete within budget however I received information from the office that I would have to pay more money! He would tell me one thing and lie to his bosses and claim another. With so many hardworking HONEST people out here I would look elsewhere. I have more work to be done and looking for new contractors now. Im paying HRN as the General Contractor but their Project Manager has me purchasing my own paint which should have been within budget. What a joke!
They were very efficient, once we got started . All the work was done professionally and the estimate never changed. I felt the communication process was very good. I would use them again without hesitation. I would recommend them to others. I was a contractor myself so my expectations are probably high. Thanks for a job well done.
Just finished a living room remodel and everything went fantastic. Savannah was extremely helpful In all the selection process. Will use again.
Lewis and Bryan were amazing during our renovation. We had some pretty extensive water damage that took some time going back and fourth with insurance. 6 months later our house looks fantastic. His flooring crew restored our solid wood back to perfection. His cabinet guys that did our kitchen cabinets were amazing, so happy with our soft close drawers and the look of the new cabinets. First contractor Ive worked with that cared about actually finishing the project to the final details (even fixed a screw-up of mine). Were planning a bathroom renovation in the future and will definitely use Hayberg for that renovation.
I really enjoyed working with HRN during the restoration process after my condo was flooded. From the initial estimate with Jeff to the final walk through with my project manager, I had a good experience. I have also referred HRN to a coworker in a similar situation. Thank you all for your time and effort!
We’ve used HRN for a couple major projects over the past year and a half and they have been a pleasure to work with, very accommodating, professional, and have done great work. I’m sure we’ll use them again in the future and recommend them to our friends.
Mr. Hayberg and his team are awesome! Very friendly and professional staff who did an excellent job. I would hire them again.
Contracted with Hayberg to remove a interior wall, replace sheet rock, framing, and more sheet rock and flooring, to add three rooms to an unfinished basement. The project over shot the original finish date due to a failed appointment with a tile company salesman by the Hayberg PM. Construction clean up was lacking also. The PM made daily visits to the site but, did not seem to pay close attention to the quality of some of the work being done. Some work had to be done a second time. Finally, in the end the job came together when their lead carpenter (Jose) and his crew fine tuned the work to our satisfaction.
We contracted with HRN to remodel our home after our home flooded. From the beginning the Estimator worked with the person who represented our insurance company until all problems were solved and we were in agreement with the final cost. After construction began, our team leader worked closely with all of the different workers to keep the work moving forward and to meet our deadline. We were very pleased with the quality of work that was done and would recommend HRN and would use them in the future.
We are finishing our basement and Hayberg Restoration was a great help. We needed to remove a wall and install a support beam in its place. They are easy to work with, listen to your needs, and dont pressure you. On the day the work was done, the team arrived a little early, were extremely friendly, did a great job on the beam, and even finished earlier than expected. The work looks great and I am definitely happy I made the decision to work with Hayberg Restoration.I highly recommend this company and I look forward to contacting them again, when I need help finishing my bathroom.Thank you for your great job
I have used Hayberg Restoration twice now, and I refer them to anyone in need of work done. They are extremely professional, prompt, polite, fair, and affordable. It does not matter the size of your job, big or small you’re treated with the utmost respect. I will be using them for all my upcoming home improvement projects in the future!!
HRN did a full bathroom remodel for me. Pricing was given upfront, communication was great, and the end result was phenomenal. I have recommended them to family and I plan on using HRN again
My restoration project was completed on time, on budget and with excellent results. Communication through out the job was excellent . I would be happy to recommend them to family and friends
We had a basement window installed which took 2 crews; 1 to cut a hole in the concrete basement wall and 1 to install the window. Both crews were on time, professional and very quality conscience. Lew and Brian made sure everything was done to our satisfaction, which it was. The entire project was completed in 1 day and it looks great.
Great service. Alex spent time working with our needs and made sure things were done right. HRN made sure to follow-up which was wonderful.
Ive used Hayberg Restoration twice to assess water damage at my home and rental property. They are timely and knowledgeable. On both occasions, they recommended only the necessary solution and didnt attempt to sell me other services making me feel comfortable with the proposed solution and interaction.
We hired HRN for our bathroom remodel, and were very happy with everything from the estimate process to the finished product! The estimate was transparent, and Jeff worked with me extensively to help get the most for our budget. Our project manager, Jason, was very knowledgable, professional, and just a great all around guy to work with. He, along with everyone else at HRN, made sure the job went well, and delivered on the quality they promised. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with HRN. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a remodel!
HRN did an outstanding job on our home restoration. Our home was in complete disarray from water damage from attic to basement and the work performed was very professional. I would recommendHRN to anyone needing this type of restoration or remodel. HRN worked very close with our insurance company and kept all parties updated with each phase of restoration. Very professional company.
Hayberg Restoration did a complete remodel of a bathroom in my house. The entire project took just over 2 weeks and looks amazing. The project manager working with us was excellent about communicating the status of all parts of the project. I would recommend.
Lewis and his team were outstanding in working our insurance company and restoring our home after a flood. Always available for questions and worked quickly. We are so grateful we found you!
Great experience! Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and prompt and the end product was amazing. Thanks again.
Hayberg did a complete basement finishing for us and met our expectations at every turn. Any issue was promptly resolved and the staff was helpful, professional, and patient throughout. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
HRN is a great company, very knowledgeable, easy to work with and completion of work was timely.
This is the third project HRN has done for us. Bathroom renovation was done on budget and on schedule. Really good people work with! Recommend them highly!
A week ago, I made an appointment for today Friday 11/30 at 10:00am. I asked for someone to come to my house to look at extensive re-modeling work. I spoke with Savanah. Just now, I called to find out what happened. Savanah now informed me that my house is outside of the limits they work. I am in Atlanta. Why was I not told at the time of the appointment? Courtesy and common sense; anywhere? There has been NO communication to let me know they were not coming. If I did not call, I would have not known the reason. For me, this is a reflection of what it would have been working with this company. Where is the integrity and the honesty? Would they have been on time? Too bad, you lost a job which is at least $200,000.00; YES, $200,000.00. Continue with your impressive business practice; it speaks about who and what you are.
We recently had a bathroom remodeled by HRN. Everyone involved in the process was professional and courteous. We could not be happier with the finished project. I highly recommend HRN for any of your remolding projects.
Initially I was happy choosing them but over time it was very difficult to work with them because they lacked honesty, integrity and professional work. I was so glad to be done with them.
Great work, crew kept us informed daily on progress and plans for the next day. Cleaned up every day before leaving. Would definitely recommend this company.
Solid recommendation from a friend and we werent disappointed. Guys made sure job was done to our liking and complete. Will certainly use again as needed.
Lewis Hayberg and everyone who works with him do exceptional work. A water pipe leak in January of 2017 resulted in damage to walls and hardwood floors in half of our downstairs. The first two companies that addressed this damage did a horrible job and within a month after they completed their work, we still had a damp subfloor and the newly installed hardwood floors were buckled and wet once again. Hayberg Restoration did an outstanding job fixing this mess. They did what was reasonable and prudent without adding repairs that were not necessary. Communication with everyone involved, especially Bryan, was very easy and we always knew exactly when and what work would be done. Hayberg Restoration is an ethical, dependable group to work with and I would definitely recommend them very highly. Thank you, Lewis.Erin Barnett
HRN did a total remodel on our master bath room. It required completely gutting the MBR and rebuilding to the design configuration. This project required carpentry, cabinet maker, lot of tile, slab cutting, redoing existing plumbing and electrical. Also this project required installing an under tile floor heating capability. The supervisor for Hayberg, Bryan Burris was highly effective. He oversaw all stages of the project and was readily available to address questions and issues. All the trade subcontractors used by HRN are certified and licensed professionals. The work was done correctly and there were few punch list items to resolve. Considering the need to de-scope some of the project the 2 month completion time was justified. Each part of the build was done in a competent and thorough manner. Kudos to Bryan for his stewardship of the project.
Everything from start to finish was seamless. The contractor was polite & punctual. The work was professional. We could not be happier & would recommend HRN to anyone for business or personal.
I recently moved to Marietta and am remodeling a 1969 split level ranch. Im doing much of the work myself but need to rely on seasoned experts for the large jobs. One of the renovations I needed to do was in the small laundry area. I noticed the sub-floor was in bad shape so I began ripping it up and was going to quickly put down new sub-floor but I found some joist rot. I was going to reinforce that joist until I got to the corner of the room and found extensive rot at the sill. While Im handy with a hammer, I couldnt take care of the sill area. I also had an area with pipes and electrical going through the floor. Thats when I googled for help and found Hayberg. The reviews looked really good and after I read a few decided to give them a call. They sent Louis out within a few days to take a look at my problem area. You can also take photos of your project and put them in Haybergs website for a quick estimate. I got my estimate quickly and a scheduled day/time. The Project Manager and carpenter were onsite exactly as specified and they too were professional and courteous while working. They explained exactly what they were going to do and about how long it would take them. While the carpenter worked he made sure I saw the work as he progressed and understood exactly how he was going to make the changes. I am completely 100% satisfied with Hayberg and will be using their services again. I also enjoyed talking with Laurie on the phone - without good support in the back office you cant schedule estimates/jobs while communicating with the customer at the same time and I can tell she handles this task perfectly.
Tree fell on our home. I called several companies and talked to a lot of Contractors. Initial contact with Hayberg was good. The guy they sent out was very likable. I had some extras I wanted done but dealing with insurance that was likely not going to happen within the estimate of monies given by Our insurance. I understood that. I did a lot of leg work to get estimates to and papers signed for Hayberg so they could organize and get ready for the project. I gave them a drawing of what we wanted and asked for a price of what they couldn’t do with in the scope of what the insurance allowed, that was never done. I then said just put our house together the way the insurance said. After that they never prioritized our project. A month in They wanted more money for a project manager that was already allowed for in the overhead by the insurance estimate. They then said they wouldn’t do the job. All of this could have been looked over and concluded with in the first week of contact. Mean while my family of six is in a motel (2 babies and two pre teens) trying to adjust to not being at home. So now we don’t have a contractor 1 1/2 months after we lost our house to the tree. This company I am sure does good work ( I don’t know) but they really don’t do their part to cover all bases and it appears they just want easy money. If you are displaced from your home and you want to be stalled out left in a hotel While they try to squeeze more money out of your insurance then be told they won’t take the job because they won’t make enough money than this is you company. They don’t care enough to figure all this out early on. Your family is of no concern........Response to comment by Hayberg. There was 1 week where the adjuster was not available. After that I maintained contact with the adjuster myself on your behalf. The line for project manager and the expense for that, if you guys were diligent, would have been recognized in the beginning. How do you miss that ? That issue wasn’t brought up until end of last week when you were wanting more money and when it didn’t happen you decided not to do the project. I was told on my porch Thuresday at 2:45pm even if the money didn’t come the project still could be done but communication would be limited due to you guys not delegating a project manager to the project. It’s not mean spirited when it’s the truth.
All the guys were great and made sure they understood what we wanted done and how we wanted our shower finished. Communication is great and made getting the remodel easy. Thank you Lew, Bryan, and the guys!
On time every day while having to work around the weather. Replaced chimney siding and trim as well as an eave repair. Well worth the little extra money than other companies.
Great workmanship and pleasant people to do business with. We are repeat customers!
We had roof damage and a major water leak. The crews from Hayberg did a great job with the water mitigation and rebuilt our sunroom ceiling, repaired the roof, installed new tile floor and did all trim and painting. The room looks fantastic!
HRN just completed our basement restoration that occurred from a flooding event. Lewis and his team worked with us through the whole process including communication with our homeowners insurance adjusters. The contractors used to lay flooring, sheetrock repair and painting were both timely and professional. I highly recommend Hayberg Restoration Network and thank them for a very positive experience.RLT 10/26/18
HRN renovated my master bathroom and kitchen, and I love the finished product. Jose is fantastic (and fast!), and Brian made sure everything was scheduled in order and on time. The final price was exactly as discussed on Day 1 - nothing hidden or last minute additions. HRN was the lowest quote of all the companies I received estimates from, but there was nothing subpar about the work. I highly recommend!
Hayberg Restoration was very responsive compared to some of the other contractors I dealt with. Hayberg isnt necessarily the cheapest option out there, however the quality of their work stands out.
Project started on time and was finished before I knew it. Everyone that I came in contact was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them
