Before I decided to work with BCM London, I spoke with eleven basement/renovation companies in Metro Atlanta area. From the very beginning until the completion of the project, I have been in touch with Salar. He is always very responsive and accommodating. I was happy to see that the company is a family owned business, and they are very professional. All of their subcontractors did an amazing job. I highly recommend BCM London LLC as they did an amazing job refinishing our basement and creating a suite for my parents to move into. With nearly 1,900 sq. ft of living space they transformed our rendering into reality. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Salar, his father and the BCM team every step of the way. The estimate was not the lowest nor was it the highest. I was most impressed with the attention to detail in the response to my bid. Salar instilled a high level of confidence and was hands on during every phase. The project was completed on time and to the exact day as expected.

Salar and his crew were absolutely wonderful to work with. You never know how subcontractors are going to work out on a given job, but the subs that BCM uses were so polite and professional. Salar Sayari was the perfect project manager. He saw a vision in our basement that I saw as hopeless. Our house is 38 years old and it showed in the basement with ductwork webbed all over and wiring hanging from the ceiling. It is now a great place to enjoy and entertain! Salar and his team provided us with a very positive remodel experience for our master bath and a jack and Jill bathroom. He was always quick to respond to any questions and his team delivered quality work. He was flexible in helping us with some additional work (painting first floor doors, replacing knobs and hinges, painting other walls in our home) that was outside the bathroom remodel work and did a great job delivering that work as well. His painters are very detailed and careful. Everyday they cleaned up the job site which was really appreciated. We plan to use them again for a basement remodel.

B.C.M. London finished our basement in a newly constructed home in Marietta. They did an excellent job listening to our ideas, matching existing features from the upstairs, and collaborating with us throughout the project. They came in at budget, which was more competitive than almost all other contractors we reached out to, and were always conscious of our timeline. We used BCM London to do a complete finish of a basement. I had about 6 quotes for the job, with most prices being about the same with the exception of one really low and one really high outlier. We found out about BCM London on the Next Door app. A few contractors came to our home to check out the project but never sent an estimate - we were not doing anything complicated - just a basic remodel. We were pretty direct in our email to BCM London - dont bother coming out to our home if you are not going to follow up with an estimate. Salar responded to our email and scheduled a time to come out to our home. He arrived on time, listened to our ideas, and sent an estimate. We were comfortable with the plans and moved forward. Completely remodeled our one-bedroom condo. Salar was great to work with, always professional, always available for a call, text or email and always indulged (and improved upon) some of our crazy notions. We have never undertaken any renovations, so starting with a top to bottom redo was a big deal. Salar gave us a competitive quote to include pump installation and a full tile shower. With our busy schedules, we were very hands off throughout the project and Salar did a great job keeping us updated and meeting with us at convenient times when needed. We were particularly impressed with their tile work and were very pleased with the final result. We hope to use BCM London again on future projects and would recommend them to others looking for quality work at a fair price.

We finished our basement with Salar/BCM which was a major project (multiple rooms and enhancements). Integrity above all. This is BCMs official slogan. When we hired Salar/BCM, he mentioned the importance of working with a contractor who is true to the quality of their work and makes sure the customer is satisfied; that includes fixing mistakes. I can mention how timely the project went, how quality the craftsmanship was, how top rated the 3rd party vendors/suppliers were, and how excellent the end result was, but my favorite part of working with Salar/BCM was their integrity. They did make a couple of MINOR mistakes, something Salar had advised us from day 1: That mistakes will always happen during such a big project. But his integrity was shown when he right away acknowledged the mistakes and fixed them completely. This is something I feel what makes an excellent contractor vs an ok one. Overall, the project went VERY smooth and the basement looks beautiful. Its been a month, and already received a lot of compliments. Such is not the case with Mr. Salar Sayari and the team at BCM London, Inc., however.Salar and his team actually showed up when they said they would, and on the rare occasions something came up to prevent that, Salar would contact us in a timely fashion to let us know. BCM London finished our basement and it was an excellent experience. I was very nervous about finding a contractor that did high-quality work at a reasonable price and wouldnt take forever. From the very first contact, Salar was on top of things, getting an estimate back to me in record time. Its a family business so everyone works together well. When the project started, things progressed on schedule with minor setbacks (some caused by us and always understandable). I had to bring a contractor to check the AC unit and even he was impressed at the level of detail in their work. Salar was always reachable and ready to answer questions. He addressed any fixes we needed quickly and without complaint. I also LOVE that his crew leaves things clean and in great shape. We are very happy with our basement and would recommend them to anyone.

We are in the midst of a full remodel in southwest Atlanta and Salar and BCM London were the best from among the many contractors we employed. First of all, we have found that communication is key: many of the contractors we engaged are busy, especially during the summer months, but it is important to at least have excellent communication. Salar was and is by far the best: almost every time we needed to solve a problem, he was reachable by telephone, email, and text. Always quick to reply. Second, the quality of work was excellent. Salar’s company was hired to do our framing and also sheet rocking. we give them as close to an A overall as possible. Third, price is important. While Salar’s company was not the lowest bidder on the project, we had a good feeling about him from the very beginning, selected him, and we remain happy. Don’t get us wrong, the price he quoted was reasonable, if not a little on the low side, relative to other bids. In the end, we give BCM London with the highest possible recommendation!

We couldn’t be happier that we chose BCM London to do our main floor renovation that included a brand new kitchen, vaulting ceilings, can lighting, smooth ceilings and staining/sanding new and existing flooring. I cannot say enough about Salar and his crew. They have honestly become like family. They have been working on my extensive renovations since May. The project got extended past the estimated date of completion as we had a number of weather delays and things beyond Salar’s control. I actually do not know how the cost of the projects compares to other companies because as soon as I met and talked with Salar I hired him. The subcontractors have worked for Salar many times. We had a lockbox on the basement door for the crews to come and go. I had heard horror stories of having construction crews constantly coming and going and the intrusiveness of it. My experience was the exact opposite. Other than the expected noise of construction I never felt intruded upon or bothered. All the crews cleaned up every day and their work was excellent. I liked the fact that BCM is a family company. Salar was always reachable and answered messages quickly. He was on site regularly to assess progress and quality. I now have an incredible new deck, screened porch and a finished basement. I should add that Salar dealt with my very difficult HOA, and also put sod down at his own expense when one of the machines used for constructing the porch caused a little damage to my neighbor’s grass. I really have no complaints and only the best things to say about my experience.

I cant say enough about what a positive experience it was to work with Salar, but Ill give it a shot:- Throughout the project Salar made numerous design suggestions that ended up looking great.- He always communicated to us when people would be onsite and what they would be working on.- If timelines had to change for any reason (and it was a large scale project, so it was inevitable that things would things would end up shifting to some degree) Salar was always letting us know ahead of time why and when we could expect the work to be complete.- When we had a question Salar was always quick to respond by text or e-mail.- There was only one time during the entire project where something wasnt finished exactly to my expectations. I texted Salar about it that day, he responded that night that he would have it taken care of. The next morning it was fixed up exactly like I wanted it.I only intend to work with Salar/BCM London for future remodeling projects. It was a great experience.

BCM London and their group of experienced workers provided excellent service, cleanup, and responsiveness to our needs.We were constantly making changes along the project and BCM London did a great job adjusting the scope of the project to meet our final needs. We got estimates from three local qualified contractors and BCM London was the only one who spelled out each step of the construction process item by item with prices in the written estimate. The other contractors just game us a lump sum and vague details of the scope which I could tell was going to lead to major change orders. BCM London was picked for their attention to detail from the beginning which lasted throughout the life of the remodel process. Their accounting system worked great with emailed invoices at the predetermined phases of the project as agreed upon during the estimate process. The projects turned out fantastic and we are asking for additional estimates for future projects.
