Been going here for years. I really appreciate the service as well as the ability to dispose of electronics and good condition boxes and packing supplies. It’s great that they are able to repurpose these things.Highly recommend.

Listen to the 1 star reviews. This place is very messy and the man is very unfriendly and doesn’t care about his customers. My second time going there and I’ll never be back. I had two pre paid boxes to drop off and asked for a receipt for proof of location drop off. He wouldn’t give me a receipt because they were prepaid. Really dude??? I grabbed my boxes and went to a real FedEx place and they gladly gave me a receipt!! Get out of the customer service business.

I agree with the reviewer regrading the lengthy person with a European accent. This place is unfriendly and Ive been there a few times already over the past couple of years and it is the same environment each time. It has the appearance that they dont really care and things are messy. Youll be lucky to get a thank you from them. The one with the accent appears to be one of the unhappiest individuals that runs a business that Ive seen. This guy makes snarky remarks as youre interacting with the other semi-unpleasant guy like youve done something wrong. I thought that a place like this was supposed to be customer service oriented. I usually dont write reviews, but each time I go there, I feel an environment of near hostility like I am bothering them or inconveniencing them. If you have the time to go somewhere else, do it. I consider myself thick-skinned and usually let it roll off me, but these unhappy clowns, especially the one with the accent, need to take some classes on customer service. I wont be back and will not recommend you to anyone I know. Youre a neighborhood business, so why dont you start acting like one. Did I mention that theyre on the expensive side? Get it together you two!

Friendly and reliable place for mailing and shipping item. They do consignment service, so if you have any used unwanted items around the house, you can drop it off and they will help you to sell it. Their service rate is reasonable as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. When you walk into this place it looks like an episode of horders. I went in to buy one stamp and one envelope and was charged 60 cents for the stamp and 1 dollar for the envelope. I jokingly said wow that expensive guys! I should probably buy a stack of envelopes next time the guy serving me was cool and said ya isnt everything nowadays!?Then this tall lengthy guy with an accent come up takes the money from the guy. Legit throws it at me. As Im picking up the money from the floor and says there now you have a better dealYou cant make this stuff up. Ill take my business elsewhere and suggest you do too.

Friendly staff, good location, good shipping prices. They also help you pack your items for free before you ship!
