Wont be coming back. Had a package to ship on my break, came here, there was a line, only one person working at the counter, but I could hear someone else in the back. The employee was chatting away with the customer at the counter, seeing this huge line. Person behind me had told the employee he had a meeting to go to, and needed to use the copy machine but needed paper, the employee told him to wait. When I got to the counter, I was told that I had to repackage what I was shipping, and that it would be $17 for a box. $17 for a piece of cardboard?! The company I was shipping to told me the package needed to be in its original packing and box, so I taped up the box fully. Even double taped it. The box was fine. There was no reason for me to have to repackage this. Trying to charge $17 for a box. Ridiculous!
